Well, it is a DS game, so except touchscreen usuage. Island of Happiness has way more use of the touchscreen, though. Worth buying? I think so, but that's just me. I love this game. Probably because of Marlin. Heh.

Age group? It's rated E for Everyone, you know?

In my opinion, you have to be able to read and understand how to play a RPG like Harvest Moon. There really is no age limit. Even adults play it (and are usually the better players when it comes to being successful, but that's just my opinion).

Could you help me with this? Ok so I had muffy on a yellow heart in hmds. I gave her stuff almost every day. Then she was on green heart. I gave her wine, stuff from the mine etc. All stuff she loved. She turned back to yelllow. Then for some random reason she was green again and I can't get her back. Do you know what happened?

Either you littered or an animal died.

Littering means dropping something and having it disappear. Everyone in the game will drop FP/AP. The only place that is safe to litter is on your own farmland, the mines and the excavation site.

If an animal dies, no matter what the cause, everyone will take a huge hit on their AP/FP. I suggest saving before you go to bed every night, so if an animal die the next day, reload.

I hate it when the person you are courting AP/FP goes down because an animal died. I had Lumina at red heart but then an animal died so she went down to orange heart. And the animal died of natural causes too. :P P.S in case you're wondering the animal was a sheep.

lol Maybe one day, I will do it. I just got to sleep every in-game day, and only waking to water my toadstools. XD

But the scene isn't much. After you put it in, you eat it, then you faint, and then the credits roll. You can restart from your last save. That's pretty much it. It's easy to picture it in your head. :P

I like HMDS Cute a whole lot more.

IoH never held my attention for very long, and it does it tedious. It's a game for experienced HM players, since it's a little bit difficult than other HM games. But with a little bit of knowledge, it's playable.

I like HMDS Cute, because it's fun. :D Plus, if you have it too, then you can help your friend with her game, right? But it's your choice.

Yep! There are 2 characters to choose from. I picked the brunette, Jill, because I'm use to her from AnWL. Claire, the blonde, I barely know, but is in so many other HM games.

Well, if you tell her to put on lots make-up, she will tell you that it won't work. If you say that she can't escape old age, she'll get mad. I don't quite remember, since it's been so long since I saw this cutscene, but I did pick all the choices while reloading.
