Angles are not physical and tangible creatures like us and are not visible to our eyes. What shown in this movie can be simply a reflection of light (if not fictitious). The picture showing an angle over the roof of Kaba is clearly fake and can be also made simply by Photoshop

That's a clear case of a so called "lens flare" effect. Just look how the "angel(s)" moves exactly along with the camera movements, in the shape and position of the bright light sources in the background. A "lens flare" is caused by bad lens coating and/or a dirty lens, where the refractive index of the coating or impurity (grease etc.) is different than the glass lense. The impurity or coating reflects a part of the bright light sources to a different spot in the camera image sensor.
