I will be posting a video of my own Freddy glove being used. I used an old work glove, a utility knife, steel sheet metal, tin snips, a design I printed out, hinges, and brown, red, and gold spray paint. This glove will be like no other glove because I'm replacing the rivets with hinges.

There are other folks who have created replicas of varying quality, some really nice, some not so much... but none as accurate or functional as this one. New photos and video will be posted soon showing the glove with stainless steel blades attached.

So while you may have a New Nightmare replica, it's not one of mine, and guaranteed not the same quality or construction. Especially for that price. I would be curious to know more about it though, if you would be willing to share a photo or video of it. I love this glove, and always interested in other replicas.

@brennlog This glove is the most difficult and expensive of all Freddy gloves to replicate. Your best bet will be to find the licensed glove which used to be sold in Halloween stores. It's not very good quality, but is the best you'll do with no budget. The raw materials alone for my glove in this video cost about the same as a good quality metal replica glove from the other films.

@spear401 Yeah I bought a Freddy glove on eBay like 4 years ago for around $50 and it's pretty much perfect. Even has the rust and everything (though I resprayed the blades chrome because the rust made the blades look blackish) plus the guy made it himself. It took about a month to make mine and get here, but it was worth it.

Damn! for a minute there I almost thought I could get a new nightmare glove with the stainless steel metal blades without having to pay almost $700 for it.
I find it funny that nightmare gloves is charging $600 something for this, and yet ReelMagik is selling the exact same thing for $89.99. NG is a rip-off site.
NG's glove is far superior to RM. Technically they're all New Nightmare Gloves, but the materials used to create them, the sculptures and the level of detail is significantly different. RM is a one piece latex glove with plastic blades. NG uses steel blades and has separate bones and is much more detailed. My glove is silicone with not just separate bones, but individually sculpted bones and will eventually have steel blades to replace the resin prototypes.
I'm aware that NG's glove is higher quality, but for lower quality, RM's glove is far cheaper. Not everyone wants to pay $600 something for 1 simple glove.

NG's glove is far superior to RM. Technically they're all New Nightmare Gloves, but the materials used to create them, the sculptures and the level of detail is significantly different. RM is a one piece latex glove with plastic blades. NG uses steel blades and has separate bones and is much more detailed. My glove is silicone with not just separate bones, but individually sculpted bones and will eventually have steel blades to replace the resin prototypes.

I'm aware that NG's glove is higher quality, but for lower quality, RM's glove is far cheaper. Not everyone wants to pay $600 something for 1 simple glove.

WHo in their right fucking mind is gonna pay $675 or so for a latex GLOVE? I could buy a goddamn car for that (there's literally a guy selling a van that needs to be fixed up for $650 down the street!)
