I just think this whole case is about entitlement. These parents wouldn't let him throw a party, so he eliminates the roadblocks to his desire to have all his "friends" over by killing his parents, who provided for him and took responsibility for his reckless driving accident last summer that injured a young child. And this is the way he repays them. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you....

This guy is so wrong. He acts as if his parents owed him something. Your at your parents house and you need to follow their rules. Bu the way it's true what you said what can he be mad about. He was a healthy young boy with a life ahead of him. He had two parents that provided for him they didn't kick him out in the street. He had to be on drugs and even than he still doesn't have any excuse.

it is bizzar what you find out what happens in the world now and days, but why would you kill people that brought you up? there supposed to be your best friends, could it be that parents spoil there kids too much? that when they do not get there way, they take it all out and throw there little temper tantrums. spoiling your kids is never bad, but i think in my opinion there should be a limit.

is that a motive?!? i dunno, seems a little to irrational to me,, but then again i dont think your or I would kill someone without good cause....(self defence or defending a loved one...) some people dont have that link between acceptable limits and think that smashing up parents cars because their parents took their games console is fair...or killing parents because they didnt let them have a party etc...
