  • he's fat , but he's very strong !!!!

  • Wow, he wasn't maxing out on 700 pounds, he was REPPING 700 pounds! That is very impressive for a guy to be repping that kind of weight only a few months after a surgery.

  • That's what, around 2.5xBW I imagine? Not bad, but not amazing either.

  • (this guy is fat) "you don't have to be fat to be strong!" -Svend Viking Karlsen

  • excellent form as well.

  • Strong pulls bro - awesome!

  • does he play for an nfl team??

  • o.o

  • damn what a strong motherfuker!!!

  • strong

  • it's not hard to understand why he injured..

  • dang

  • Very Nice !!!

  • Impressive.

  • amazing

  • Wow.

  • damn i wonder what his max is holy shit looked easy too i think he could of got couple more

  • WOW! If i had to test a football player for strength i'd use the deadlift. A true test of strength.

  • I agree!

    Benching isn't enough!

  • You are so right! Man I thought I was the man cuz I had a big bench! Then I started deadlifting and realized that I was not sh*t. Now since starting deadlifting, I;ve increased my bench squat and overall raw power.

  • damn!

  • damn good shit only took you 4 months to heal? shit that gives me encouragement I'm in week 2 of healing my fractured fibula and ankle dislocation. Best of luck man.

  • yea like you had the same injury as he did

  • BEAST MODE! damn

  • what team does he play for

  • i have much respect for the monster, the only football player to back up his numbers unlike larry allens 700 bench and 900 deadlift, and adam archulleta's 530 bench (which if he genuinely believes he can do that, he should be killed)

  • dang bro good lift and all but whats up with the boner he gets at the end!

  • he just got excited cuz he got a new personal record :) haha

  • lmao thats a good one.

  • i can do that

  • awesome lift.. no hitch, no strips.

    good shit

  • Great effort! Respect!and this after such an injury.

great video. stay healthy and strong

  • he makes that bar look tiny

  • a lot of people talk a lot of s**t about how strong they rthe thing is resistance training an individual competition, you strive to best your past maxes. the fact that someone can do one weight and someone else can do another is regulated by so many variables it's really hard to compare individuals, even if they have the same vital statistics(height and weight). So if you can lift massivly heavy weights hey good for you, but the only thing that really matters is if your lifts keep improving.

  • it has everything to do with deadlifting. if you want to deadlift any sizable amount of weight, you need a strong back, legs are very secondary. but let me guess, you're another expert right? you deadlift 1000 right?

  • hahaha i schooled u faggot.. did u get the link i showed you... yea thats wasup fool..

  • hahaha 600lbs and aint shit bitch...

  • oh, i bet you're putting up over 1000 right? Armchair Warrior, that's what you are. And you still can't seem to spell...

  • And kingi6030, you have videos of MICHAEL BOLTON listed under your "favorite videos"...MICHAEL FUCKING BOLTON. So please think, before you call ANYONE a homo.

  • I remember playing against this dude in HS. I didn't even think he was D1 material. He played OG and I played DT and I got past him quite a few times on some pash rushes.. Don't know what the hell happened once he got to FSU though. He turned into a beast! I USED to be just as strong as him. Lol.. he would embarrass me now.

  • No TAKEMARU666! deadlift is a glue/hamstring workout that unintentionaly works your lowerback, his back shouldn't be like that, but I must say i am impressed none the less.

  • uh...you are wrong. try again. deadlift is a back workout. good try though. go watch andy bolton deadlift 1003...you will see only a little bit of leg drive.

  • actually i have a trainer than trains bodybuilders across the nation and it is definately a hamstring workout if done properly

  • and not a back workout? please, Ronnie Coleman doesn't deadlift that 800 because of massive HAMSTRINGS, nor does Andy Bolton do 1003, or Garry Frank do 922, or Brad Gillingham do 859, or even Brian Siders' 865...they all have one thing in common, and that is massive backs, these guys have a lat spread that can cause a solar eclipse on a good day...

  • I'm almost positive that lats have nothing to do with deadlifting.

  • i'm also pretty sure you know nothing about deadlifting...but don't waste your time replying...you might miss an epiode of

    Yu-Gi-Oh...

  • wat the fuck is an epiode?? fag u cant spell either.. your a homo... no 1 is talking about a 1000lbs deadlift homo so shut your fucken trap... u aint no powerlifter fool cause your dum arse cant even figure out which bodyparts your working..

  • likewise, jerk. And i am a powerlifter, so good try there. And you sure do like the word "homo", don't you, Michael Bolton?

  • hahaha was that your comeback..?? dude waste my bloody time.. michael bolton?? pahahahahahaha u aint know powerlifter homo..

  • I've been lifting for six years. I know a little bit about it.

  • no ur rong and he is definatly rite homo.. its a lower bak glute/hamstring workout.. so shut the fuck up...

  • Hey kingi6030, why don't you go back to third grade and learn how to spell, you moron. It's a back workout. I'm a collegiate powerlifter, none of my teammates have ever told me, "Wow, my glutes are really sore after that deadlift workout." And we have 4 guys who deadlift over 600 and 1 who is chasing 700, so I think, maybe, just maybe, we might know what we're talking about. C'mon, now...

  • There are two types of deadlifts: the normal deadlift, and the straight leg deadlift. When deadlifting normally, your knees and back should straighten at the same time. With the straight leg deadlift, only your back straightens.

  • i'm speaking of deadlifting from a powerlifting perspective, not from a bodybuilding perspective. The goal being not to "work" the hamstrings or glutes or whatever, but to move massive amounts of weight.

  • True, but your quadriceps (the muscles that straighten your legs) are MUCH stronger than anywhere on your back, and are some of the largest muscles in your body. Try lifting 400 or 500 pounds both ways (straight leg and bent leg) and let me know which one is easier.

  • na...no more questions

  • This guy isnt human

  • Did this guy get drafted?

  • His form is good you morons and it is a good feat of strength even for his size. He would be good for over 750 in a contest with a suit, maybe even 800!!

  • your supposes to bend your back like that. deadlift is a lower back workout not a leg workout

  • lol that is not good form

  • man that was just pure power!!! good deadlift!! :):)

  • thats very inspirational to anybody coming back from an injury ...

  • 4 months out.... A deadlift of 700lbs is possible.... using sustanol and dianabol.

  • @ItsFact Shut the fuck up, look how big he is, if he cant get 700 up then he is a pussy. You dont need drugs to be that strong. 700 is heavy, but not crazy for a guy this size.

  • Thats just over twice his bodyweight..i've seen more impressive feats of strength but after an injury it's pretty good.

  • that foo bends his back when he comes up. hes just using his back and the belt.

  • hes dippin his hips dumass..if he wuz usin his bakhe wouldnt be able tro thrust his hips fowards at the end of the rep..or even lift dat wiv out bein in put in a wheelchair tryin!!!

  • nice

  • your all fucking morons hes a fucking freak he went to my high school. East Lake and hes a beast but now hes like a writer for the Tallahassee Sun. The guys a freak u all have no idea, meet the guy in person than say something

  • Not sure I'd call those easy and smooth reps, but still a great show of strength nonetheless, good for him and the oscene amount of money he is now making.

  • dont forget this was after having surgery to repair broken leg and he repped 3 times with decent form ...

  • Yea, no doubt about it, great lifting, but disagree with his deadlifting form - he'll need surgery for a broken back if he doesn't keep it flat whilst lifting!

  • His technique sucks.

  • dude has my respect i think the record at my school is around 350 lol

  • dude he has a boner.. wth?

  • Athletic use of the body is speed and power..not lifting iron. It looks very jerky. Watch the UF and you see guys 300 pounds jumping around like animals. Agility is the separation.

  • Impressive amount of weight to deadlift several months after 2 injuries, but with the poor form demonstrated (rounded back) here, the next injury this guy is going to get will involve the spine or a disc etc...

  • his back is arched, what an idiot

please do not copy his form.

  • INCREDIBLE!!!AMAZING!!!!!

  • my legs hurt

  • respect!

  • WHERES UR C-CURVE AND STOP MOANING

  • keep it up crackhead!

  • yea no shit huge at 328 your a fat ass.2500 to much for me uh no. I make nearly twice that in a week so shut your fat worthless ass up and go eat more twinkes and think about your divison 3 days where everyone plays just like pee wee football you fat stupid twinke eating piece of shit

  • i started college ball at 6-3 306. yeah not the biggest, but BIG ENOUGH! BITCH!

  • i bet he takes some massive dumps.

  • not really how many times ag an offensive guard do you pick a DT of the ground then put him back down on the ground. Power Clean shows the most for strength which his isnt all that great for an "NFL Prospect". There were freshmen safties at my school repping 400 on cleans

  • no, you didn't have one safety in your school repping 400 pound cleans

  • Yeah I forgot cause you were there you dumb shit.

  • deadlift is whole lot better than benchpress or how many time you can bench 225-who the hell cares how many times you can do 225

  • dont know why the hell they call this guy monster 700 lbs is not that much on the college level i was at 675 as a highschool senior. And deadlift is the most useless lift for football there is. This guy has no business palying football anywhere other than college and based on his other videos i dont know how he palyed for FSU. Monster my ass

  • where's your videos little man?

  • More important things to do then try to reach some bullshit dream that will never happen of this guy, And I'm far from little I dont have anything to prove anymore

  • deadlifts are used for strengthening the lower back and hips, and that's not useless for football. you don't know anything./

  • Actually Dumb Fuck DeadLift Works your lower back which is good but useless for a lineman. You Stupid Fuck squat and clean & jerk the to most important lifts for a lineman I know I was a lineman in highschool then got a scholarship to play fullback at UNC. This Fat waste of space cant even get into a good pass set, So shut you stupid fucking mouth and go whack off or whatever is you do to pass the time until you go suck on your mommas tit

  • you never made the league, you ugly 'tard! you were a lineman in highschool then went to unc as a fullback?! yeah, you're small! stronger deadlift, stronger the cleans. you're jealous cause he went to fsu and you got stuck with a crappy scholarship to unc!

  • the league took one look at your size and said, "you ever think about doing powercleans to bring your size and strength up!"

  • you said deadlifts ACTUALLY work the lower back, and that's exactly what i said previously. yeah, you don't pay attention. you're the dumb, short, fat idiot in the back of the class with the sunglasses to hide your stoner eyes. keep it up limp dick!

  • you were a lineman in highschool and fullback in college. hahahahaha LITTLE GUY!!! hey little buddy!

  • i won't tell you how much i clean, you wouldn't believe me. and if i put it on youtube, you still wouldn't believe. you're the dumbass who'll argue, somehow, that 2 plus 2 is 9

  • 6'3 306. You fat FUCK. Where did you start fat fuck DIV 3 where they dont even give free rides. If you where on my field I would wouldcrush your sorry ass out. I'm 5'10 short yep not gonna deny that, But good enough to still get 30 ish offers for fullback asshole. Oh and FSU was one of them just UNC was a hell of alot closer. Now go eat a twinke you fat fuck and try not to lose your breath walking to the kitchen in your tiny one bedroom apartmentyoufat, worthless, slow, goofy fuck

  • yeah bitch, you should have quit while you were ahead!

  • you're just a short pussy with no one to play with!

  • i'll be eating twinkies when i got your fat mama's legs spread!

  • my apartment is tiny, for me! but your little ass would get lost in just the hallway! little buddy!

  • keep up the power cleans little buddy!

  • and my apartment costs 2500 a month, too much for your welfare sucking ass!

  • yeah, i'm just a big, handsome stud with brain, brawns, and heart!

  • now go eat your chicken and rice stickman!

  • by the way, i'm 328 right now! yeah, that's what weightlifting, hardwork, and lot's of good food does for you, and maybe a twinkie here and there!

  • Fat ass i bet ur belly is out more than ur dick

  • fat ass LOL! is in better shape then you'll ever be.

  • i'm a huge and strong 328!~

  • hade enough? you're a 'tard!~ fuck you bozojob!

  • Get this guy playing football; AFL, CFL, Eurofootball, whatever this guy should PLAY!!

  • he did that shit after a fuckin broken leg!!!! untill u come back froma broken leg and lift some shit like that ,SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!and get off his nuts

  • man that guy has a small dick it must be the steroids

  • man are you gay? why are you even thinking about his penis and the size of it as well?

  • Yea he's gay. How many straight guys do you know that watch a weightlifting video and think to themselves "I wonder how big his dick is?" Only queers like naotasbass.

P.S. Steroids don't shrink your dick either genius.

  • o rly? well I tie 3000 lbs to my left nut and jump with it.

  • big torso. . . skinny legs. . .

  • Fuck! he is strong!!

  • damn use a big boy 6-4 305!

  • I could lift 250 when I was 14, 5'9", 185, but I hurt my legs trying to clean and jerk 215. I quit football and play golf now, oh well.

  • well thats what you get for jacking off and lifting weights at the same time

  • Ya.. I deadlifted 300 before, its not the hardest thing in the world.. and on the last rep you totally bent your back..

  • I'm two months old, I weigh 9.5 lbs., and I bench 605 pounds 12 times with one hand.

  • you da man!

  • Dude fuck the NFL, start powerlifting as a sport, you'd be awesome! LOL Nice job!

  • thats gotta take some balls man. i broke my fibula and broke my ankle in 2 places its nasty i feel his pain, its amazing how he can do that idk if he needed surgery or not like me but im only just putting my own weight on thats like 200lbs and it hurts. hes one tough bastard il give him that much.

  • Deinrod ist out!

  • I'm 15 6'0"/175 and can do 450

  • directed toward "AthleticPerfection":

riiiight, sure you can. i'm pretty sure you're full of crap.

  • Did he have eraction? hahaha

  • WTF 700 i can only do 550 +

  • omg thats crazy

  • its not how much u lift its how many times u can lift

  • unless of course you're doing the routine where you lower the reps and massively increase the weight to improve strength and explosive power? i bet you he can lift more, he was just maxing out

  • nobody has signed him yet

  • awesome!

  • dam

  • beastly
