@sukulovstravinzky You obviously don't know anything about lifting. K.D. can bench 350 but he obviously doesn't do it every chest work out. You would lose all chest flexibility and become HUGE. When Jordan started weight lifting (Something revolutionary at the time), he said he was going to do it for a month and if he felt he was getting too big, he would stop. PLUS, one's weight to bench amount is a factor. No matter how much you are stretching one would lose flexibility if they just did 300

So... I don't even consider bench as the hardest lift. Full squats maybe.
