  • @hounddig

I like C shaped Tortis, Blue Chip, Clayton and Wegan picks depending on guitar and style of music.

  • @GoldenOldies60and70s AKA - The Old Ragadoo, Gilderoy, The Old Soldier With The Wooden Leg.

The Little Beggerman, The Old Ragadoo and The Old Soldier With The Wooden Leg have lyrics.

    I am a little beggerman a begger I've been

For three score or more on this little isle of green...

I'm a hearty Newfoundlander, Michael Chaser is my name

I was born on Green Island I'm a fisherman by trade...

There was an old soldier and he had a wooden leg

And he had no tobacco so tobacco he would beg.

  • What brand capo is that? Thanks for the upload.

  • welp, I just learned The Blackberry Blossom, this is my next endevor! You're great, thanks for the wonderful videos!

  • The video was worth it for the smooth opening lick..... Very nice adding the 'blue' notes to the ol' boy, too

  • Thank you for the great lessons.

By the way, what kind of capo is that

and are you happy with it ?

    Keep up that fine pickn'

  • It's an Elliot-McKinney capo and it's worth every penny.

  • I rarely look at the top of the fingerboard so the side dots are more than enough.

  • How do you know where to put your fingers on a fretboard without inlays :D? Hard to imagine for a banjo player LOL.

  • Thats some awesome playing.
