  • The choice has never been between atheism and christianity but which one of the 1000s of god concepts and imaginable possibles for existance is true. I'm not going to sacrfice my critical thought and moral values to join a barbaric religion with no supporting evidence intill there is evidence that there is a god, an after life, that god cares what I believe and that it is your god, Im not interested, and even then there are 1000s of contradictory christian denominations all condeming each other.

  • Some people have a fairly sweet idea about Jesus," Oh, he came to take us all to heaven" well that will be nice, but if he isn't there & there isn't any happyeverafter then i don't mind, I can live with that. It's like when the child is worried & asks granny, she replies, " Don't you worry my wee pet, Jesus will take us all to heaven, we'll meet everyone up there, we'll all be shiny & new " 2 Cor 5v17.The Disney Bible- disney have the nasty bits in the story. Takes the edge off reality, I like

  • The question is what if YOU'RE wrong. What if the God of Christianity that you believe in is wrong and one of the other religions Gods were right? You have two options:

    1. Live in fear of a horrible afterlife that doesn't even exist deluding your brain with myths therefore subliminally making you more gullible throughout your life and ignorant.

    2. Deal with the reality that death is real, and live the best life I can knowing this is the only life I will ever get.

    Seems easy enough for me.

  • WHo is this????????

  • 53 people are wrong.

  • @iSuperTrolls If there is a loving good God then everyone will go to heaven or cease to exist. I good god wouldn't do hell. If all things are possible for God then he will save people inspite of unbelief. If there is a heaven then I will be there. If there is a God then so will you. There are earthly consequences for uncivilized behaviour. Be caring & don't hurt anyone will give more successful life, Pay attention to work is important. I like this tune & thinking lyrics.

  • Jesus is comingg...... I love you.

  • I know it's true. I've seen to much to believe that it all just happens and that the way the universe works is just the way it is and not some divine design. God created the way the universe works. Finding out how things occur in the "Natural order" of things doesn't mean God didn't make it so.

  • Appeal to emotion. Not a shred of evidence for jehovah or even a reasonable argument presented.

  • Proverbs - Do not correct a mocker or he will hate you

  • if u wanna know if theres a god just call upon him truely with all ur heart, he will be there, worked 4 me n many others..

  • SAD

  • no wonder the disasters are taking place!!!! that is Verry sad to see people with signs that is against GOD, i did not think this really took place in the world

  • Galileo Galilei, Rene Descartes, Isaac Newton, Robert Boyle and many other scientists who believed in God... I think these men knew how to ¨use thier minds¨..

  • In developing the theory of relativity, Einstein realized that the equations led to the conclusion that the universe had a beginning. He didn't like the idea of a beginning, because he thought one would have to conclude that the universe was created by God. So, he added a cosmological constant to the equation to

  • attempt to get rid of the beginning. He said this was one of the worst mistakes of his life. Of course, the results of Edwin Hubble confirmed that the universe was expanding and had a beginning at some point in the past. So, Einstein became a deist - a believer in an impersonal creator God

  • hell is a hot place, i dont wanna go.

  • @123Jasonmin What if the notions of heaven & hell were just the result of human imagination exploring possibilities? Science says humans evolved. When they got to thinking about what happens when you die; two main options. 1- cease to exist. 2- an afterlife. 2a- something nice 2b- something nasty - what? Torture, burn in lava? Na, they would break Geneva convention! loneliness?. 2a Everyone to heaven ? Oh no, I don't want to be near that criminal. It's all a fantasy quest.

  • What if Christians are wrong about one of the other 10,000 gods or the other 35,820 denominations of Christianity? Then they are guilty of worshiping a false god, a crime far more severe than simply requiring evidence. No amount of sappy music is going to change this logical fallacy that desperate people use to maintain their delusion which is often used to oppress others while trying to claim being moral.

  • amazing video! <3 well done! i was actually crying towards the middle thinking how god died for us all and people are laughing in his face saying hes fake.

  • @kyleharper16 whether or not they were atheists isn't the point of their crimes. they weren't inacting their horrendous acts BECAUSE of being atheists. many many religious atrocities are BECAUSE of the religion. "in the name of god" etc.

  • 2:14 One of my friends is psychic, but he uses his gift of prophecy for God's glory!! :D God is so awesome; no matter how much we stray, he still has new mercies for us everyday; he gives us so much freedom.. You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13

  • Christianity helped shape many of the values of the world. I know some people may say they believe killing is wrong even if they are not Christians, but honestly imagine if the Aztec religion was the foundation of our society we'd be believing that sacrificing people would be morally right. The majority determines values and for many years the majority has been Christians.

  • @mirrorreflex To claim that christianity has changed the world for the better is ignoring the crimes against humanity committed in the name of the christian god. Viewing the world at present, does not give the impression that christianity improved the world. Nobody knows, if a world without christianity would have been better or worse.

  • @tallliza In my eyes things such as the Crusades in which other religions were killed were wrong. The improvements I am speaking about are mainly New Testament beliefs which teach forgiveness, rather than rules of The Old Testament which are of a more vengeful nature.

Honestly you can't deny that if everyone forgave those that wronged them and the people that committed the crime genuinely repented, the world would be a better place.

  • @mirrorreflex I think there are few people who claim that the spirit of the gospels is not good for society, Unfortunately the theory of any world-view is of little consequence. The theory of communism is ideal for society. It is how a world-view is put into practice that counts.

  • @tallliza I agree, but for everything good in the world there are always those who would try to manipulate things for their own benefit its not just in Christianity. Many years ago some people encouraged eugenics because they wanted to alleviate human suffering, on the other hand some people had less noble reasons for supporting eugenics such as trying to achieve racial purity.

Let's just agree that there are always individuals who manipulate ideas regardless of religion, race etc.

  • @tallliza what about the crimes committed by atheists that dwarf anything "christian" crusaders did?

  • @kyleharper16; With rare exceptions, tyrants on earth did not murder for the exclusive reason that their opponents were believers. But there are many instances were christians, or moslems, murdered for one reason only... that the opponent was not one of their faith, or refused to accept christianity or islam.... CONTINUED.

  • @tallliza CONTINUED. Crimes committed in the name of the christian god. The Crusades, the Inquisition, The Witchhunt. The 30 year war, The Conquistadores. The plunder and destruction of the indigenous cultures in the Amrericas. The pogroms and expulsions of jews in several countries. The participation in th e slave-trade. The open support of Apartheid. the publicaton of the worst racist, anti-semitic writings ever, used by the nazis to justify the Holocaust, etc etc.

  • @tallliza Okay, well if christians must take responsibility for those things that happened hundreds of years ago, then atheists must take responsibility for acts committed by atheists. Hitler, Stalin, Mao...and those in the last hundred years! Millions upon millions of deaths. If thats the game you want to play

  • @kyleharper16 You are besides the point ,sir. First you seem to make no distinction between tyrants and atheists. Tyrants don`t kill because the other guy is not an atheist. They kill to eliminate all opposition to their power. But those crimes (most of them)i cited, are committed by christians for the sole reason that they were of a different faith, or refused to convert. I defy you to prove that Mao or hitler were atheists, and killed because the opposition was not atheist. That is NO game !

  • @tallliza well the crusades were used to gain land and wealth. Anyone could have told you that. And how do the others apply to me anyway? I wasnt even around then hahaha. And Hitler was absolutely an atheist, in fact he confesses to hating christianity and said he would destroy it. So again, if christians must take responsibility for crimes committed by people long ago, the atheists must take responsibility for crimes committed by atheists. Its a two way street buddy. Good try though!

  • @kyleharper16 I defy you again to prove that hitler was an atheist. In fact in 1935 he boosted in a speech, in Nurenberg, that he had stamped out godless atheism in Germany. You seem to confuse bad christians and tyrants ,and atheists. I can give you a text by one of the most prominent christian theologians, claiming that heretics must be killed. Now give me a text claiming that atheists demanded the murder of anybody, for the sole reason that the vidctim was not atheist. Thank you.

  • @tallliza haha look up anywhere and see for yourself if Hitler believed in God. Its not hard to find. In fact, he was extremely into the occult. Do some research, its embarrassing! You seem to be mistaking the Bible, along with the faith, and people. People are human while christianity is flawless. You want a text? Pick up a history book, turn to WWII, and read about the holocaust. You're welcome

  • @kyleharper16 People are human while christianity is flawless.. You are nuts, brushing aside all the crimes against humanity committed not only by christians, but in the name of the christian god. You seem to be of the opinion that christians can``t commit crimes, because of they do, they are, by definition, not christian. No atheist committed any crimes, because if he did, he was not an atheist. Atheism does not call for murder. The bible does.

  • @tallliza you just described people again. Christians are people, or did you not know that? How embarrassing... Of course christians can commit crimes. Now we are back to the whole human thing again. But its a good ting we are under grace and not law!

Tons of atheistic leaders have murdered millions in the last century alone. Where does the Bible call for murder?

  • @kyleharper16 Where does the Bible call for murder? If you want me to give you the verses, just tellme !! Homosexuals kill them, witches, kill them, Those who don`t listen to priests, kill them, Fortunetellers, kill them. Those who hit their father, kill them. Those who curse their parents, kill them, adulterers, kill them, fornicators, kill them. Those who believe other gods, kill them Non-believers, kill them. False prophets, kill them, Those who work on the Sabbath, kill them. etc etc.

  • @kyleharper16 Name those atheist leaders, who killed because the others were believers( not atheists ). You seem to be unable to make a distinction between a tyrant and an atheist. Tyrant kill to eliminate all real or presumed opposition to their power. Yes, the main opposition is often religion.

  • @kyleharper16 Ummmm Hitler was one of yours and Stalin and Mao carried out their murders for STATE religion.. STILL a religion. Religion is the SINGLE MOST cause of death, destruction, torture, oppression and atrocities committed against humanity.

  • Very well done! One of the best montages I've seen on YouTube. I hope those who have decided there is nothing to the Gospel rethink their ideas--and that this song and video will cause some to do that. Thank you!

  • This is a great video. They are wrong but the hard thing is to get them to realize it.

  • We either have faith in human understanding, or we have faith in God's understanding. That's the bottom line. We open our hearts to people and things and get hurt and disappointed. I'm so glad when we open our hearts to God that never happens. :)

  • 500 plus could go to hell or hades, but its not too late..... what if,.... what if,.... what if she is right??? what if heaven is right and the only way to get there is through believing Jesus Christ?...... here is my simple explanation about us about you about me,...... the real you, and me is your soul or your spirit, NOT the body, the body is only a tool without a spirit or soul will not function,.. just like a car with-out a driver will NOT run,.. so think about it before its too late!

  • What a AWSOME God we serve

  • The USA should be nuked!!

  • @izak1347 wait, so one cannot possibly be wrong about Jesus simply because they can be convinced that they're right? Wow. what fantastic logic

  • One CANNOT and WILL NOT possibly be wrong if He worships Jesus Christ as God! Because once he accepts Jesus as God, he will himself experience the Lord's presence and would hence, come to know that he was never wrong in taking up Jesus as his Saviour!

  • The point is: Christianity is a religion of Faith! And when you have the faith, there is no space for "what if's...", or "suppose if's"....

The point is: There is no way we can be wrong. And please note that I do NOT say this because I am a Christian...I say this because facts and figures have proved so! So how do I know that I cannot be wrong??? Because it is a proved fact - history and not a mystery, that Jesus Christ was a real man who did really die on a cross, and did really rise again!

  • @izak1347 ok...Give me the "proof" that Jesus was real...

    Can you?

  • @Zentz29 Can you give "proof" that He isn't?

  • @seanr25 Really? lulz

No, I can't. I also can't prove that the easter bunny, thor, lochness monster, el chupacabre, anubis, krishna, ra, odin etc etc etc etc aren't real. Should I believe in them because it's not possible to prove they don't exist?

Why don't you believe in any of them?

  • @Zentz29 ok, when you are serious about a conversation, let me know.

  • @seanr25 I'm sorry. I was a bit rude.

Seriously though, not being able to prove something dooesn't give cause to believe it.

I'm sorry for the way i responded to your reply.

Ask me anything you want & I will answer to the best of my knowledge.

  • @seanr25 no reply....?

  • @Zentz29 Read historical texts.. He is mentioned not only in the Bible, but in other historical (non-Christian) texts. All you have to do is a little research. I pray you will find more than just his existence. :)

  • @thetabright37 I agree. Jesus IS mentioned in other texts than the bible.

Can you name ONE that isn't based on what the bible says?

EVERY piece of writing that mentions Jesus is either based on what the bible says, or is from the bible. Why should I believe that Jesus is god any more than Allah?

YOU read historical texts other than the ones that you want to believe...

Because he was mentioned proves that he's real?

Many fictional characters are real based on your comment...

  • @Zentz29 In July, 67 C.E. Flavious Josephus was captured by Rome and was eventually hired as a scribe and an interpreter by the Roman government. He was given the name Flavius Josephus by his Roman associates and wrote under that name.

Flavius Josephus: Author of "Antiquities of the Jews"; Bk 18, Ch 3, 3rd P: "Now, there was about this time, Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man, for he was a doer of wonderful works..."

  • @thetabright37 hahaha, decades after jesus was supposedly around,

  • @cabot2jville2010 Gosh, maybe we shouldn't believe anyone over 200 years ago existed with that reasoning.

  • @thetabright37 oh we shouldn't? because im pretty damn sure almost all the major figures of history have documents written about them within their lifetime and right after their passing. anything about jesus in his lifetime or right after? nope. only the gospels which were written decades/centuries afterward, and some other documents written decades and centuries after jesus

  • @cabot2jville2010 Only you can decide for yourself whether you will believe in Jesus or not. No one will be able to talk you into it. Believing He exists doesn't make a person a Christian. Being a Christian is about faith in Jesus, the Heavenly Father and Holy Spirit. It is about the two greatest commandments 1) Love the LORD your God with all of your mind, heart and strength 2) Love others as you love yourself. I pray God will make Himself known to you if it is His will <3

  • @thetabright37 so what you're saying is that if it isn't his will for him to be known to me, then ima end up going to hell HAHHAHA thats so fucking ass backwards. there may very well be a god of this reality, but it's 100% deff NOT the bible god sorry but you're in a cult, a "popular" cult

  • @cabot2jville2010 are you serious? There are many, many documents citing Jesus during and after His ascension

  • @kyleharper16 like what? the ONLY time i ever hear someone make that statement, they bring up josephus which has already been shown to be invalid

  • @cabot2jville2010 like Pliny the younger for instance. And tacitus also mentions Jesus

  • @kyleharper16 just looked up tacitus, his references to jesus were written at earliest in 116, nearly 100 years after the supposed time of jesus. looking for something from either while he was alive or within at least 2 decades of his supposed passing. i mean he was a big deal to the romans was he not

  • @kyleharper16 another fun fact, not only did tacitus write about jesus WAY after his time. but wasn't even born until around 55AD , decades after christ. so not only did he ever meet him, he didn't even write about him right after the supposed time of jesus.

  • @Zentz29 This has no basis, nor is it IN, the Bible:

In July, 67 C.E.

  • @thetabright37 Yes, Josephus did write that...

He wrote it about a man he never met. He didn't know anyone who knew Jesus.

So lets go over this again. Josephus didn't know Jesus, or anyone who did.

Where did he learn about Jesus? Explain to me how this is even close to being proof of Jesus' existance.

It's not. It's a guy who read about Jesus & wrote about him later.

    Anyone can do that...

  • Here's a better question: If a deity of any sort is all powerful, would it make any difference if we were all wrong about everything? By the same token, if God is the only true all-knowing god, would it make any difference if we were right about everything? If God has all the answers, why does he care about what we think? Why does he need our affirmation? Why would he fear our criticism?

"What if you're wrong?" ... The question is: Why would it matter?

  • @influxrift WOW thats an awesome post...that makes people think

  • Foolish argument either way. Relax, sit back,be nice, and in the end either you'll know or you won't.

Realistically atheism never came close to causing the hell on earth that religion has.

  • @Icyhotboo Kill em all, let God do the Sorting. Peace.

  • @Icyhotboo I will pray that you will find the truth. "either you'll know or you won't". This is eternity your talking about. If you wait until your standing before the Almighty God to decide whether He exists or not, it will be to late. Seek Him. Jesus Saves. Athiests have made it Hell for Christians. They are trying to take our rights. But, in the end, it will be those that love the Lord that shall be saved. Not those who deny Him. Most Athiests "choose" not to believe.

  • @jareeli Hopefully if God does exist and I stand before him/her/it/ I'll be granted the right to die one FINAL death.Imortality, that scares the hell out of me.You have to be insane to want to live eternally. BORING, if it wasn't God wouldn't need us to boss around.Hopefully your eyes will be opend and you'll live your life free of these silly superstitions because this is all the eternity you get outside of fantasy land. It's not you or god I hate it's RELIGION THAT CONTROLS EVEN YOUR THOUGHTS.

  • @Icyhotboo So if it true, Hell and Heaven are real place, you want to go to hell...I think you should think about it agine, Because if you wrong and never turn to Jesus Christ as personal savior you WILL go to hell, God does not wabt that for your soul, But he LOVES you enough to let you choose. make the "right" decision

  • Comment removed

  • @coderedster1 If the Emperor Constantine didn't need a state religion to control the people and solidify his place on the throne with the threat of eternal damnation you would have never heard of jesus.

BTW: jesus was the eighth son of of one god or another to go to hell for three days and come back. have a nice day and watch out for black cats and walking under laders. when I die you know whats going to happen? "NUTTIN HUNNY"

  • Praise the Lord for our eternal perspective and not having to be condemned by the things we do, but being able to focus on what He did on the cross for us. it's not about religion... its about a personal relationship with Christ and the Father who created it all. :) Beautiful video. I am glad it touches the hearts of believers and non-believers. thats something to rejoice in even more so. <3

  • A beautiful video. I am an atheist, but was still moved by the music and visuals. It was music that first drew me to god, but I evenually "strayed". I was drawn to atheism because it allows me to use my mind and not my heart.

PS I think i'll watch the video again. Peace

  • @46desi thats amazing!! :) :)

  • @46desi peace to you to. may the Word draw your mind and heart to the Savior. God's amazing grace to you.

  • @46desi please run back,,theres not much time,,,once the master of the house shuts the door noone else will get in and its coming,,,prophecy all aligned,,,theres more to the bible than just yr heart,,,,study textual critisim,,,study the manuscripts,,,,and go now please and take a look at jabal al laws,,,take a look at the rest of the archeological evidence,,,and add me on skypeif you want Ill do anything to talk to you and help u if you want,,,I love you ,,,come back please

  • @46desi I need to tell you,,,when I realized it was all true,,,really true and that Jesus was really coming here,,,I couldn't believe it,,,it still blows my mind,,,I fell to my knees in tears for my sickening behavior ,,,all out of ignorance,,,please i beg you,,,if you were once w christ please come back,,,I love you Jesus loves u,,,its all true

  • @candiceevans1 Golden Rule of Matt 7v12 & love your neighbour & enemies & yourself Matt5v43 are the candle in the dark dungeon of Bible ideas. Never let go of Golden Rule, use it to break down the doctrine of hell. Matt 5v22 is the other key principle. Don't call people names like fool because it will damage your intellect as it is a generalization & inaccurate. Better to say, "foolish thing to do or foolish idea" Can you explain the pros & cons why it isn't the best idea?

  • @46desi No offense and believe what u choose , I believe in God, but don't U think U should use both Ur Heart and Mind when it comes to what U believe?

  • If i'm wrong, and we consider that there's an equal chance of any religion being right, I tend to do better on average as a non believer than a believer of any religion.

  • @GaseousAnomaly001 well the only religion that has an eternal hell is christianity while the others have temporary hells and some have no hells some have reincarnations and others have the fear of wasting your life ebeleiving in something thats wrong so and that one religion is in fact christianity so i personally feel if your going to do it that way then its best to be christian but i feel that thats the wrong way of actually looking at religion anyway seen as its a bit pessimistic

  • @GuitarRocker2008 You've demonstrated your Christian Ignorance when it comes to knowledge about other religions. Most entrance criteria for eternal hells, across many religions, are whether or not I was a good person. I tend to do better if I'm a good person, on average, than if i were a Christian. And I do consider them to be mutually exclusive.

  • What if I am God and a Christian-hating one ?

  • when i was old to start and think for myself, i accepted atheism,....and it was the best thing i ever did,...freed myself,.....if im wrong,..so be it,...but i will lead my life with love, peace friendship ,family and happiness regardless,.....if god does exist i think he would understand that!,....what if your wrong?

  • I like this, but what was that about philosophy? All theologians to some extent are philosophers and must know philosophy, otherwise how would you get great Christian apologist or able to defend your faith logically with reason.

  • Comment removed

  • /watch?v=6mmskXXetcg

    What if YOU are wrong?

  • Pascals wager. I believe in.....ODIN!!!!!

  • my parents gave birth to me and even they don't want me to worship them....so why would i want to worship a god? is he a meglomaniac and sadistic? oh ill create people and give them no evidence and if they should happen to doubt me (which is his doing anyway..he created my brain and my ability to doubt), and if they don't believe me after giving them zero evidence except for a collection of stories (written by man i might add) they shall goto hell? whether he is real or not isn't the question.

  • @enzenzoroca That's not fair, sadistic bastard!

  • @enzenzoroca Let me explain. We're all sinners see? Every Son of Adam is a sinner. We're fallen creatures. God is Holy. He wanted us to be with Him, so He sent Jesus to be the propitiation for the sins of the whole world. This means Jesus bore all our sins on the cross and made a way to enter the Holy of Holies. That's why the curtain dividing the Holy of Holies from the Holy Place was ripped after Jesus died on the cross. God even warned Moses that Aaron the high priest would die if he entered.

  • IF IM WRONG AND THE CHRISTIANS ARE RIGHT? man...........god gives zero proof of his existence..........he in fact, gives me the capacity to doubt him...afterall...he created me and my brain..and the very capability to doubt him... and if i do in fact doubt him BECAUSE he gave me zero proof...and therefore punish or exiled to hell? well...can he fucking blame me? so be it then. lets say he is real...........do i really want to worship someone like that? why does anyone need to be worshipped?

  • @enzenzoroca The proof is all around you. God made everything. Do you really think the earth hangs upon nothing and in perfect orbit due to a huge unthought out explosion in space? Think about it. It's absolutely ridiculous. God made everything. There's your proof right there. There is a God, and all will give an account to Him. Also, Christ Jesus is the only way to salvation. If you aren't covered by the blood of the Lamb of God, you will never enter the Holy of Holies.

  • @enzenzoroca Dude, you suck at this. Your argument against God's existence is that he created you with the ability to doubt. Did you hear that right? Your argument against a creator is that you were created.

Zero proof? Open your eyes. Stuff exists. I know that's not edifying, but when you explain it, I'll be all ears.

The flip side of your ability-to-doubt coin, by the way, is your ability to believe.

  • Austin 3:16!!!

  • YOU ARE WRONG, RELIGIONS.

  • Jesus is the ONLY Way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No other way to heaven but only through Jesus. Does not matter what the world says, we are all passing through and must arrive at our final destinations once we die whether heaven or hell but I hope for your sakes, you choose the road to heaven and only through Jesus will you find that road. Narrow is path to heaven but only a few find it but wide is the path that leads to hell and many find it. Repent and turn to Jesus!

  • I love the picture at 2:57 and 3:33. Thanks for putting this on.

  • For all you non believers, Thank God you were wrong.

  • @kaiserkyle1000 what makes non believers so wrong?

  • this is so stupid, what a waste of time.

  • for those who believe no explanation is necessary and for those who do not believe no explanation is possible

  • what if texascindy is wrong? what hell will she be going to? if an atheist is wrong, why does that make christianity right? there are thousands of gods out there, we could all be wrong.

  • to the kind person who recorded this video thank you this video reached my 15 year old grandaughter and made her cry she sent it to all of her friends and they also loved it she totally understood wha it was saying and so do i thank you and may god bless you , i dont understand why some people get upset no one is forcing them to look at the video.

  • jesus i love you and i am sorry that after all theese years people are still crucifing you with their evil ways and lies i will pray for all the lost sheep lord, "father forgive them they know no what they do"

  • I think that it's funny how people think that the Bible is foolish and always try to disprove it while thinking that they are smarter than every Christian. I think they have forgotten that there is only one truth about everything, and nothing more. Back in the days people thought that the earth was flat, that the sun moved around the earth, some even thought that this world was carried on the back of giant turtles. I hope they think about that before they die and find the truth.

  • @yoroshiku exactly. and in the Bible it actually desribes the shape of the earth. of being sperical i forgot where...but it does. just proving the knowledge of God even trying to show people see I am real I am your Father listen. and they said no the world is flat...well then we realized it is round. God is out there. and He is the ONLY GOD! because all of those other religions can be proven wrong. they were made by man. NOT GOD! <3 God bless

  • @vballer1234

If what you claim is true, and the Bible contains factual knowledge beyond the scope of the Bronze-age society that wrote it, then can you cite a single scientific or factual advancement that came about through study of the Bible? Otherwise it seems much more likely that any such instance would be the result of altered interpretation based on advances in knowledge after the writing.

  • I HATE THOSE PEOPLE WHO DISHONOR GOD WITH THEIR THINKING AND ACTIONS, THEY DONT KNOW THE PRICE CHRIST PAID JUST TO REDEEM US...

THE KNOWLEDGE OF THIS WORLD MADE THEM SEPERATE FRM THE GLORY OF GOD, THEY ARE SO INTELLIGENT THAT THEY CANT ACCEPT THAT THERE IS A GOD THAT EXIST, WHOM IN CONTROLLED OF EVERYTHING...

  • Pascal's Wager. Nice.

What if you're wrong and Islam is right? There's no reason to choose one deity over another. I just choose none.

  • @joineecleary It's pretty easy to know who's the real God. Jesus was the only Lamb of God who was sinless. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Also, a sacrifice had to be without blemish. Just as the sacifices had to be without blemish, so does the sacrifice for mankind's sins have to be without blemish. Only Jesus was sinless. Islam even admits this. Jesus is the only way to salvation. All of us are sinners. You must realize you're a sinner, and Christ is the only way.

  • @blicksflicks That's all lovely. Why must I realise this though? I'm a man of evidence, after being a fundie for quite a while.

  • @joineecleary Evidence is all around you in creation. 1) there's a God who created the universe and everything in it. 2) He is Holy and cannot be around sin. 3) Only Jesus was the sinless Lamb of God slain for the sins of the world. Without Jesus, you will never enter the Holy of Holies after you die. That's why the curtain covering the Holy of Holies was torn down the middle when Jesus died on the cross. His sacrifice made way for man to come to God. Before Jesus, our sin separated us from Him.

  • @joineecleary Do me one favor? If you ever do anything, read "The Stranger On The Road to Emmaus." It explains the Bible clearly. It explains it all. It even shows you a few pictures and stuff concerning what Jesus' sacrifice was about. He died for the sins of the whole world. Put your faith in Jesus before it's too late. He's the only way to salvation. Don't you want to meet God face to face? Can you only imagine what you'll be missing? God loved us enough to die for us. Think about it.

  • @blicksflicks I understand what the Bible is about. I've read it several times and studied it for years. I want evidence that there is a God, and that there is this "salvation". Please look up the word "evidence" as you clearly think it means something else. And don't emotionally blackmail me. No, I'm not missing out. I don't want to live for eternity and I don't want to meet your hateful deity. Proof will make me reconsider things. Don't tell me to "think about it" either, it's patronising.

  • @joineecleary How can God be a hateful deity when He has died and rose again for His own creation? How can you say my God is a hateful deity when He came to earth in the form of a man (humbling himself to our level) and went through the agony of the crucifixion for the sins of the whole world? You don't make sense when you say He's a hateful deity. Why would you think this way? Jesus died for our sins on the cross--the whole world's sins. Don't you realize we're all sinners in need of saving?

  • @blicksflicks No. I don't realise this because I don't believe in sin. It's that whole thing about EVIDENCE again. You've clearly never read about that tyrant in the Old Testament. And that detestable doctrine of "original sin", which many religions share. "You're human, and there's something wrong with that. But our religion can cleanse you!"

  • @blicksflicks what about all the people throughout history who were born in non-christians regions...they all go to hell? and if they did and god did exist.....why would anyone want to worship him? why would anyone want to worship anyone? my parents gave birth to me and even they dont want me to worship them.

  • @enzenzoroca You asked whether people who haven't heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ are going to Hell, too? Well, frankly, I don't know. I know that God is merciful as much as He is just. God is holy, just and merciful. Whatever the case, God will make the best decision about those people. Just imagine. His justice and mercy are perfect. Every decision He makes is perfect. Just look at the universe He created with all its laws and systems?

  • @joineecleary Believe on Jesus. He's the only way to salvation. Jesus loved you enough to die for your sins on the cross. He loved us all enough to be the sacrifice for the sins of the world. You can only enter the Kingdom of Heaven through Jesus. He's the only way to salvation. You must first realize you're a sinner in need of saving. Just imagine yourself drowning and someone swimming past you, and you grab hold of their leg to be saved. You must step out in faith to Jesus. Only Jesus saves!

  • @blicksflicks Stop repeating yourself. You're not going to convince an atheist by telling me how amazing your God is. Frankly, I'm unimpressed anyway. But you're only gonna convince me with evidence. I don't buy into "faith".

  • @joineecleary If God doesn't exist, why do you? Why is everything on Earth in perfect balance, that we can actually live, breathe and function?

Well, because God designed it that way. I know that on it's own isn't a very compelling argument, but in order to make a truly compelling argument I would need hours of one on one conversation.

But if you are one that believes there 'is no absolute truth', then I pose to you the question, 'are you absolutely sure? If not, why do you not believe?

  • @SuperMike015 My rejection of belief in "absolute truth/morality" is the same as my rejection of theism. It's a lack of belief in something - not a positive belief. I don't see your point. I exist because my parents gave birth me. We're all decended from a (comparatively) simple common ancestor. We don't know everything about abiogenesis/why we're here, but God has no evidence so I won't use him/she/it to fill in the gaps. I'd be happy to have hours of one-on-one conversation.

    Love and hugs.

  • @joineecleary There are hundreds of religions, it's pretty arrogant to say mine is right, isn't it?

  • @joineecleary So your choice is willful ignorance? Truly, 'tis bliss...

  • @92spade Pardon? No, I haven't made any choice at all based on religion, because there's not sufficient for any of them. How does not believing in your god equate to ignorance, exactly?

  • @joineecleary Eternity is a good enough reason.

  • @joineecleary huh????

  • @joineecleary you should read the comment right above yours :) God bless !

  • @Indianmalujl I've made several comments. Can you quote the one you mean?

  • @joineecleary That is your right to choose friend

  • I enjoyed the video. Personally I was raised an Atheist and I do not know anyone that believes in god apart from my wife. I have never seen anything that would make me begin to believe one of the many different religions of the world and for me it is like trying to convince a grown man that santa claus is real. I think you have to believe this as a child as a grown up would never fall for such obvious fairy tails.

  • we could all be wrong. what if the muslims are right? the hindus? don't assume that if atheists are wrong that you are right cause there are a shit load of beliefs out there. what is the difference between your religion/faith and superstition? why is your particular faith right and the others wrong? what actually makes yours right and the others wrong? so many questions, so little answers.

  • quite simply put if I am wrong then the odds are so are you. IF there is a being worthy of a title such as God then it is not one of the ones that is worshiped here on Earth. As was stated before by many other atheists like me that if I am wrong and the Christian God does exist then billions of innocent kind hearted people will suffer forever for such minor acts.

  • He died for us for I'll live for him. <3 Mathew 16:24-26.

"Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?" - NIV. <3

  • Pascal's Wager aside, I tend to believe that if I am wrong about there being no god, then you are probably wrong as well in the god you choose to follow. Christianity being one of the newer religions, as well as the following of a man who obviously was not the prophesied messiah from the God of Abraham, add to that the fact that you are only a Christian because of where and to whom you were born...

The other answer is: "Then millions of decent people will burn for eternity for minor offense"
