No, you can find this film on the new Nightmare Before Christmas DVD or BluRay. They also have a version of this that shows the imagineers talking about how they created the new scenes.

I know I watch this more than the movie itself! But I dont like how they have the work lights on and how they take out footage of the changing paintings.
