@4Dimanche that would be a failed tank actuly... and there is no att and str requirement other than a tank MUST be under 149 att and strength combined. 1 att and str would actuly be the best for a tank if only you could still have veng/ancients and all that other stuff with it, higher att and str gives bigger bonuses to people with turmoil which is bad for you.
