Glad to watch this video. I have been looking at the 200 AW for a while now wondering if it would serve my needs. Thanks to this video I decided it would work. Went out and bought one and it is perfect. Well done!!
I love my AW200 - almost never use the second strap though, unless I'm really moving fast (hiking quickly, or on a bike). the AW cover comes in very handy, too. A buddy of mine picked up my pack when I was in Vancouver in February and joked that I was "traveling light" - it's really easy to fit a LOT of stuff in this thing. It can get rather heavy :-)
For some reason, I was annoyed the whole time...

Doesn't having that bulky, neck strap on your camera defeat the purpose of the bag allowing you quick access to it?
burntvirtue 10 months ago
@burntvirtue true enough. The bag also makes lenses easy to get to, for which straps aren't very convenient
Melodramababs 10 months ago
@Melodramababs also much more easy to get to for... stealers :)

Nice review, though we really need to introduce a lavaliere microphone to many photographer/videographers. Sorry on camera mics dont cut it.

Thanks for the review :)
But one question: is this camera safe to carry around in a country with a lot of pick-pocketers?
If I wear this on my back, would pick pocketers easily be able to steal my gear without me noticing?

Finally, after viewing nearly a hundred videos on trying to use the slingshot feature, this one provided the input needed. Thanks so much!!

thanks! I love that us Photographers are all pack mules. Other artists just bring a pen and paper and they are fine. Oh well!

grimjaw5: That is an Argus. Good catch!

Was that TLR an Argus? I have two older ones that look extremely similar.
Thanks for sharing this. I've been looking into these sling packs lately. Useful demo.

You should include a comb in there so that you can always comb your hair!
