I think Youmu would be a good choice for Anri but Mokou and Kaguya would fit better as Shizuo and Izaya. They have a long rivalry and Mokou just seems tomboyish/short-tempered to me.

@DarkingaCrowTH I used Sony Vegas, I don't really remember since it's been a long time, but there are options in there that allow you to do this. It was really easy considering I have no video editing experience.
