WASHINGTON 12.08.08 — The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election.

At least one other appeal by Philip J. Berg , argues that Obama was born in Kenya.

Hawaii registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, checked health department records and determined Obama was born in Hawaii.
