Sifu Robert Lyons was my kung fu instructor a long time ago when I was 5 years old in Crestline California. I was a member of the Shaolin Kung Fu Society. Where I fondly remember his teachings, I can still call count in both japanese and chinese thanks to him. His teachings were the building blocks of what would be a lifetime of interest in the realm of self defense and self respect. If your reading this, thank you Sifu.

@mrsparky786 Jaja :) shut up! :) i train Shaolin Gong Fu too.. and my master is from Shaolin temple in China and yes.. maybe its harder for a white human to learn Kung fu.. but if you take a 4 years old American child and let them train in the Songshan shaolin temple in China, he will become as same good as the CHINESE Children there. And thats true.
