  • i love my fedora i wear it every where.

  • *famous people.

  • I wear a fedora because I like them, not because famous wear them.

  • I've never worn a fedora hat, but I do wear a hat all the time, except when I sleep or while I drive. Never mind fashion, I like like a hat that keeps my head dry when it rains, the sun out of my eyes. It still looks good.

  • I wear fedoras all the time. What's the deal?

  • i got mine at rue 21 for $3.20

  • i hope they do... ILL wear a fedora every day... Just dont want to look like an ass

  • Have to admit, after watching Gattaca I wish that fedora's would make a comeback.

  • sigh but the problem is the smaller brim "fedoras" arent really fedoras they're trilby's a british flipped brimmed hat. a true fedora has roughly a 2 1/2" inch to 3" inch snap brim

  • @doom2sgt hey numnut search the definition for fedora

  • I have a blue/black fedora for casual everyday and a black wool homburg with my black coat

  • I where one everywhere i go. Black fedoras are my favorite.

  • @phelps12471 i got a fedora, they are awesome agree/disagree?

  • @omfgwtfisthis26 That's why i wear them.

  • oh how i wish i'd be able to post the "what you think you look like, what you actually look like" picture here

  • @jakewilsonbitch

let me guess, you cam from the thread?

  • i like fedors becoz of MICHAEL JACKSON!!!

  • I <3 my Fedora, I'm obsessed with the Godfather so that's probably why.

  • Just Got £25 Fadora Bargain half price

  • TF2 right here

  • What would you call the hat the guy is wearing at 0:18?

  • @GoldTeamDusty1 Did you have your sound turned on...

  • @maxergud I wasn't sure if that was the actual name though.

  • none of the celebrities shown here know how to wear (which) hat in my opinion.

  • I feel Team Fortress 2 had something to do with this...

  • No ways to get an old 30's styled fedora in france T_T

  • In my highschool I've seen 3 other people wear a fedora. This is four people (me included) out of the 3000 students going there, many of who still wear snapbacks or whatever their called.

  • But... I'm still the only one wearing a fedora.

  • I've been told I have the perfect head shape and face shape and style for a fedora and I put one on and I looked like I belong in the 40's. Imma get a black one with a white band. All these celebs are just going mainstream.

  • jaxon hats make good classic hats for really low prices. i reaaaaally dont like the "new" style fedora. i like 40's 50's 60's style

  • Fedoras are stylish and practical when getting them with a wider brim. I like the 2.5 to 3 inch brim because of better head protection from the sun on bright days. The boater and the Pork Pie styles (without the pinched crowns) looks too blocky and a bit too harsh when the wearer has a longer slender head.

  • I'm wearing a fedora right now :D

  • @DamienHell me too :P

  • the only fedora i wear is the old classic 40s style rather than the modern style trilby hat

  • @spongebo13 me too

  • @spongebo13 i love those fedoras. it makes me feel like a detective

  • take it off indoors? What about hat hair? I don't like taking my hat off when I been wearing it for awhile.

  • @edwardinlbc go bald. I did. women love it. at least with me.

  • TheFedoraStore website for all of your Fedora needs!

  • Fedora Hats are HOT HOT HOT right now, and we are shipping all around the world!

  • I wear a fedora because Michael Jackson made it cool.

  • i wear mine in airsoft wars. yes, i use a tommy gun

  • Modern fedoras are for tools if your gonna wear one for godssake have a nice brim not the tiny brim shit

  • @Thisistheman91

Actually, those "modern fedoras" are not fedoras.

The smaller brim hats we see are similar, but a small brim "fedora" is correctly referred to as a trilby.

A fedora, of course, has the larger brim.

As for me, I wear an actual fedora that was made in the USA: the Raider, made by Country Gentleman.

  • it should be illegal to wear a fedora if you dont have a gold chain, wear a watch, and fist pump like a champ!!!

  • @mets7557

Preposterous. It should be the other way around.

  • I like them because frankly the baseball hat is starting to get old and the 90s are over so....there you go

  • I love classic hats from news boy to fedoras a got a great collection of hats

  • Stupid pop singers , don't they know fedora hats are for bluesmen (guitarists) and jazz saxophonist's?

  • I don't care if everyone is supposedly wearing a "FEDORA HAT". I'm going to continue to wear my favorite hat. This is my signature hat along with an Eskimo hat

  • Don't forget Harrison Ford, in Indiana Jones movies?

  • fedoras belong in the 30s. when people wear them nowadays, they just look like hipster assholes.

  • @pyramidheadkitten9 lol thats because in the 30s when they wore fedora's they didn't have long hair or jeans and all men had short parted and combed hair for some reason >_>

  • All thanks to Bruno Mars

  • the hats shown are no classics. Short brimmed obnoxiously patterned hats are not traditionally stylish and classic. And his Newsboy was in fact a "Duckbill" which is a fusion between the classic newsboy which came into fashion in 2007. These "Fedoras" are not in any way deserving of comparison to the classic and timeless style of REAL hats.

  • @MonarchistPipeBrit *fusion between the classic newsboy and the baseball cap.

  • I observe all elements of hat etiquette as taught me by the military. People look at me like I'm retarded.

  • not gunna lie, skaters are now wearing fedoras

  • half those hats are not fedoras.

  • @orchote Actually, fedora isn't neccisarily a style. It's a brand of hats, but most people know of it as the style. It's kinda like calling a tissiue a klenex. Not all tissues are klenex, but all klenex are tissue.

  • I want old-style fedora! But does it look good with a Hoodie?

  • @DaBoomz13 nope

  • @DaBoomz13 not with the hood up, but other than that yes.

  • I've always been interested in Fedora hats. Not for the fashion side of it, nor would I be interested in covering my face. I just like having something to keep my head dry should it rain, or to protect my head from sunburn.

  • @Seattlecarnut Very right & proper!

  • Comment removed

  • @Seattlecarnut I don't think your bloody comment was so god-awful that it needed to be removed...WHAT was it?

  • @zuzulo56 I can't remember what I said, but I know that it wasn't what I wanted to say, so I removed it and tried again.

  • Ibought a black one right now cuz mj and neyo wears one xD n it has major style

  • i bought a fedora a black one but really not because everyone is wearing them, is that i have this thing of looking like a 1930s-1940s gangster, and i'm only 15, i just really like that style.

  • @mrzeppelin4life exactly. John Dillinger. I don't wear them because I want them to be a style. Different is good. too many people wearing the same thing now. Back then same thing, but they were nicer. I have a black one for cold weather and a straw one for usually spring and summer

  • You must take off the hat in closed rooms and elevators. That's a hat etiquette. You can see it in 1930', 1940's and 1950's movies. Look at Chinatown (1974.) with Jack Nicholson, very handsome wearing his fedora hat. He always takes it off in room or elevator.

  • @milekrizman I say, does that also apply to beanies...beanies WITH propellers, what?

  • @zuzulo56 No, that's for kids you ignorant!

  • @milekrizman You fail to see that one is WISE for asking questions...and, obviously unable to decipher a joke. APRIL FOOL!

  • @zuzulo56 :) Oh, my mistake :)

  • @milekrizman No problem pal! If I had to communicate in Croatian, I'd ALWAYS be making mistakes.

  • @zuzulo56 You see, problem with english speaking people is that Yoo made an imperialism with english language. I don't know where are You from, but I appreciate Indian or Native american langauges who were suppressed for a long time. European settlers came and imposed english as a national language in late 18. century. Here in Europe we like DIVERSITY. In USA it is like, we are people with different colors and religions, but ONE or TWO languages - english and spanish. What about Cherokee?

  • @milekrizman DIVERSITY leads to division. History has shown that to be successful, in ANYTHING, UNITY must needs be achieved. The road to Diversity is a pathway to destruction. Oh, and the majority of the indigenous American Indian tribes do not speak, nor teach, their ancient languages. They employ the world's "lingua franca": ENGLISH. (So much for Cherokee...) Do lighten up, form a mature sense-of-humor...and, AND enjoy life... while sporting a nifty hat!

  • @zuzulo56 They do teach their languages. In their community. And that is good. There has to be some lingua franca in the world, today it is english, but im english would be spoken everywhere we would loose diversity.

  • @milekrizman man if i was in the 1940's or if i had a time machine i'd beat random men up pee in their fedora stomp on bust a cap in they fedora stuff cheese in they fedora play wit they fedora and set they fedora on fire den pee on mine !! >_<

  • @milekrizman That's a good idea, particularly if the elevator is crowded. You don't want to bump the person next to you in the face. I've seen Chinatown, starring Jack Nicholson, and although I disagree with the way Nicholson treated Faye Dunaway's charactor, I love the way people dressed during the 1930s.

  • @milekrizman

There are exceptions to that, such as when a woman is already in the lift, but your hands are full upon entry.

  • @milekrizman That always pissed me off 'cause I thought it was a generational thing that would go away! It's also I'm 19&I wear fedoras and in High School when I wouldn't take my hat off the explanation well if the super intendant saw it and the book says... the book says.... oh god the book says....now that I see this I know why there was a rule I have a different view though still kinda annoyed look you in the eyes W.T.H?

  • I like wearing fedora hats and I wear a black one.

I always wondered why this stylish hat went out of fashion. In my opinion beside JFK and cars the main reasons for not wearing hats are man's hairstyles in 1960's. Man started to wear their hair long, which is not suitable for man. Hippies adopted anti style - hobo like fashion.

I am glad that this beautiful piece of wardrobe is coming back, and if You wear a suit You must wear a fedora or a derby. What are You going to wear? Baseball cap?

  • Great, now I'm gonna have to choose another style. It's just not fun when everyone is wearing the same stuff.

  • I find it amusing how people are confusing trilby hats with fedoras.

  • @Basiliskoatl hipsterhipsterhipsterhipsterhipsterhipsterhipster

  • I bought a fedora last month, and I didn't even know that celebs wore them

  • HOW THE FUCK CAN THEY TALK ABOUT FEDORA'S AND SOME FAMOUS PEOPLE AND NOT MENTION " THE KING OF MUSIC MICHAEL JACKSON" he made the BLACK FEDORA famous while performing BILLIE JEAN

  • @arthurtats He didn't really make it famous, he just brought it back in style.

  • @evilcowmoo he made it famous as a performer, not many perform/performed with fedoras like him, i understand what you mean though

  • @arthurtats You point is most adroit and contrasts with his personal DIS-LIKING of his black skin...curious.

  • @zuzulo56 what are you talking about

  • I love the camera looks at a huge selection of trilbies, and then states they are fediras. People do not seem to be able to tell the difference...

  • im 12 and i have a fedora..... PIN STRIPE FTW!!!!1

  • "You don't want to hide your eyes from strangers?" Yes, I most certainly do.

  • Fedora Fashion Makes a Comeback......finally

  • 0:03

  • Thing is, most of those aren't really classic fedora's... they're trilbies (short brim fedora with the back bent up).

Both "ANONON~" and "LatestsUFO~" are correct, the fedora today is kinda gay and hipster, but only because most people wear it with clothing trends it simply wasn't suited for. I got one, but I only wear it if I plan to wear something semi-formal/casual. If you know how to work it, you can end up looking like one slick motherfucker.

  • I bought one to wear for my brother's wedding yesterday. Went well with my oufit, and now will go well with my leather trench coat.

Snazzy, but in my heavy metal persona I'll make it work.

  • If people did it with suits instead of fucking t-shirts and other hipster garbage, it would be totally fine.

  • Fedoras are fucking gay and hipster.

  • @LatestUFOSightings ufo are for nerds!

  • @pteJames Unidentified Flying Objects are for nerds? Really? How so?

  • @LatestUFOSightings i didnt know sinatra was a hipster?

  • @NHLinden He wasn't. Fedora can only be cool on COOL, OLDER guys. You are not Frank Sinatra and you are not living in times of Frank Sinatra. Can you magine Frank Sinatra reading and commenting youtube or tweeting what he did today on his iphone? Neither can I. Exactly. Fedora is for pretentious douchebags.

  • @LatestUFOSightings and dont i know it.

  • @LatestUFOSightings any news on the transcendence?

  • @LatestUFOSightings says the guy who has a channel on "UFO Sightings"

  • @RichardGrantV Yes, I do say.

    Also

    >implying because I have such a channel I am wrong

You know, ad hominems are not a valid discussion tactic, you STUPID HIPSTER FAGGOT!

How about you try real arguments next time?

  • I bought my own one couple of months ago and I love it! I have it always where ever I go! ; ) Gonna buy another too...

  • Just got mine 2 days ago! :)

  • I live in Los Angeles and I'm 26....

I hate that I've been wearing fedoras for about 3 years... and it made me feel unique at least around my friends and family . Now I see 13 year old kids wearing them everywhere uuggh makes me mad.

  • A couple years too late?

  • Seriously... they aren't making a comeback, this is like saying gloves or scarfs are making a comeback. Who writes these storys.

  • if you see this message it must mean its a sign from god that you will subscribe to my channel in the future lol

  • Lol,Because I wore one six monthes ago.

  • I love fedoras
