  • @theknightswhosayfrak

He did. Go to the website and search it. It's there

  • Review the Remake

    Review The Remake

    REVIEW THE REMAKE!!!!

  • People must really love Twilight. They never shut the hell up about it. Oh you anti-Twilight nerds. Why must you bring Twilight into every vampire/ werewolf argument? I know Twilight is a garbage saga but please. Just enjoy the review.

  • @Securitron343 I couldn't agree more, I am sick of hearing about Twilight no matter what opinon people have about it. I mean the original Twilight saga is already completed and all four adaptations have already been made, what is point now that everybody already saw them. I am in fact atempting to write a novel about werewolves but I want to add some self-aware satrical spin on it rather than the common agest-filled teen monster drama that seems so popluar right now.

  • @Marronvulpes I hope your novels turn out good and I give you congrats on writing one. Anyways, yeah. I'm personally a werewolf fan and a wolf therian. I love werewolves a lot but I can't go anywhere without a crap load of anti Twilight messages. It's getting tiresome. I mean really tiresome. it's the same with vampires.

  • @Securitron343 I was actually planning to watch The Wolf Man again.

Thanks for reminding me it existed.

    Loved that thing since 2006.

  • The Wolfman looks like me when I haven't shaved for about a half year.

  • Damn it James! It is 2 am or something, I need to sleep. Stop being so awesome!

  • @1:00 I didnt know jermey clarkson was the wolf man

  • Can we stop talking about stopping to talk about Twilight?

  • this is one of my favorite movies

  • OMG I just finished watching Francis Ford Coppola's re-imagining of Frankenstein that was freakin awesome every on here on this page watch it.

  • @HulkMatthew capolla made a frakenstein movie? o.O

  • @xLuCiFeRz Frankenstein (1994)-Francis Ford Copola-Robert De Niro as Frankensteins Monster.

  • @HulkMatthew De Niro!? as the monster?! uhhh thats sound fun. i never knew that. thanks man. :)

  • @xLuCiFeRz No problems if you want anymore information like recommended movies just ask I don't mind.

  • @HulkMatthew wasn't de niro famous at that point? why did he say yes? seriously tell me

  • i watched this and dracula on netflix on halloween

  • wry does so many pronoundse it like its VUF? and not WOULF

  • This movie doesn't show the full moon or the werewolf transformation? Funny, in Dracula you never see his fangs or him turn into a bat.

  • @zombiefan011 You do see him turn into a bat...

  • SHUT UP ABOUT TWILIGHT!

  • I loved hearing what sounds like Danny Elfman's inspiration for the Batman theme in this movie!

  • 23 people have no hair on their balls.

  • WE DO THE MASH.....WE DO THE MONSTER MASH!

  • I'm bat wolf man!"

  • he shuld do Freddy vs jason

  • @PWNageFilmProduction Ask and ye shall recieve.

  • @PWNageFilmProduction he did, it's on Cinemassacre website on Monster Madness 2011 Sequal-A-Thon. He did almost all the Frankenstien movies, all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, and the Halloween movies.

  • Jacob, Fuck off and let the Wolfman take care of it, He's actually scary. TAKE NOTES!!!

  • jacob is a werewolf, chaney is THE MOTHAFUCKING WOLFMAN

  • @spiderlolo100 actually jacob isnt a werewolf he can shape shift at will a werewolf is forced to changed during a full moon

  • @zombiefan011

that is a modern werewolf the original werewolf was just a all time beast that comes out only at night.

  • @spiderlolo100 Actually I think he's more a shapeshifter since he can be a wolf at will and not be a werewolf on a fullmoon, see every classic monster Twilight fucks up :/

  • @TheBoredomOtaku lol, your right, well, at least they havent fucked up frankenstein...yet

  • Not my favorite of the Universal Movie monsters. I just can't take the costume seriously. He looks more like Bearded Man than Wolf Man. Also, the Wolf Man is hardly in this movie. He's only it for only 10-15 minutes and that's it. Not to mention he kills his victims by trying to strangle them which is something I wouldn't expect. I didn't care for Lon Chaney's character at first with him peeking at Gwen through a telescope. However, you start to feel sorry for him when he's becoming a werewolf.

  • Lon Chaney Jr. IS the real Wolf Man, not that piece of crap Jacob

  • @ Filmodyssey54: The twilight werewolves are based on Native American werewolf legends, not european ones. In the Native American werewolf legends, they turn into full wolves, not werewolves. So, no....Lon Chaney would not be insulted by what they have done to the werewolf since it isn't the same kind of werewolf that he played.

  • Alucard is Dracula backwards? Next you'll be telling me that "Torchwood" is an anagram for "Doctor Who"... HOLY CRAP!

  • 2:02 are teh names of these movies in wich all 3 monsters appear?

  • @siralucard19 The names of those films are "HOUSE OF FRANKENSTEIN", "HOUSE OF DRACULA", and "ABBOTT AND COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN"

  • Question: Why did the original Wolf Man opt to strangle his victims?

  • "It's not like Dracula or Frankenstein, the monster is just a regular guy."

    WHAT?!?!

Frankenstein is a regular guy, just born into the wrong brain and body. A new born baby is still regular, and his mental state is what truly counts. I won't go that far into it.

Dracula features Renfield. Anybody who doesn't get that, pay attention. Renfield never wished to be insane and a vampire, it was by force of Dracula, and he weeps at the thought of turning humans into his own disaster.

  • @erykwelde That's Abbot and Costello Meets Frankenstein, it IS a lot of fun and a great flick. Damn, I need to dig that up myself, my VHS copy is around somewhere.

  • @NeoSarinatan Last month, I got to see that film on the big screen, and it was awesome!

  • 23 people don't have hair on their balls

  • this a true classic, the remake wasn't bad but this is where its at

  • Hair on my balls? No thanks.

  • 2:34 "Jeepers! I'm a Furry!"

  • Actually, James. It's pronounced Bay-La Lugosi, not Bella, according to an interview I saw many years ago with Lugosi's son.

  • Who's at the door?

    Who?

    Yeah, Who?

    I mean Who?

    Who is at the door!

    WHO?!

    Frankenstein

    RUN!

  • the last good vampire and werewolf movie was van helsing with hugh jackman

  • @BLOODBATHDAVID What about the Wolf Man remake with Benicio Del Toro and Antony Hopkins. That version (to me) made the transformation scenes look more painful and realistic

  • Jesus Christ people! Can we stop talking about fucking Twilight? It's getting old FAST!

  • @therealAvatarBlues Sorry but the franchise is everywhere. I myself can't even watch MAD on Cartoon Network without the show making some kind of parody of Twilight.

With that book series practically taking over the media; no one can help but bring up the classic werewolf and vampire movies

  • @therealAvatarBlues What a hypocritical comment...

  • @therealAvatarBlues Seriously. I cringe every time I see or hear the name Twilight. But only the the name when in the context of the movie series.

  • 1:22 whats up bitch !

  • it grew some hair on my balls

  • What's the difference between a werewolf and a wolf man?

  • Lon chaney jr. Was a cutie

  • nanananananana nanananananananana WOLF-MAN!!!

  • what I love about these movies is that the werewolf looks very very realistic (except for the boots in the first movie), nowadays they just make a very fake looking cgi werewolf for every movie, cgi will never look as real as something that really is there...

  • 2:22-2:36 is as good as ANY cgi I hav ever seen.

  • mighty monster locked in mortal combat man that should have been the real mortal kombat that would have been beast

  • I loved Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein!

  • I love how people thumbs upped a comment which called them dumbasses :P

  • Its funny that James says that comparison between the wolf man and Bat-Man (as it was in 1941) batman was fighting supernatural freaks like the wolfman (not specifically) and killing them.

  • Now we know where Elfman got his Batman score. Oddly, Elfman also scored the 2009 remake of the Wolfman, and based his score on Bram Stoker's Dracula, the one by Coppola.

  • lol 1:13 bat man

  • they have to do that with jason vorhees freddy krueger and michael myers!

  • wich movie form the wolf man is this 2:22 ??

  • larry tallbutt? I know its immature but......serieosly?

  • your right it dose

  • Why the hell are the 2 highest rated comments the same thing basically? You dumbasses love to thumb up anything unoriginal.

  • @theguyyouate6 couldnt have said it better myself

  • @theguyyouate6 it's funny how that ended up becoming the second highest rated comment so the un original comment disapeared. And if they love to thumb up anything un original then that explains all the dumb jokes about justin beiber being gay, justin beiber being a girl, justin beiber needing to be microwave in an episode of Is It A Good Idea To Microwave This & crap singers being "better then justin beiber" getting thumbed up It starts of funny but after 50,0000 it's frustrating. Plus it's spam

  • @KelanDWood I don't know what the hell you're saying but I never intended on getting thumbs up and I don't give a rip about Justin Beiber.

  • @theguyyouate6 I know you didn't intend getting thumbs up. I don't like justin beiber but it's relevant to my statemant. If you don't get it maybe it can't be explained through text

  • @theguyyouate6 See the irony here?

  • @oakin413 I never asked for thumbs ups like those other attention whores if that's what you're talking about.

  • @theguyyouate6 Oh I know, I'm just saying people are going to give you thumbs up just to tick you off.

  • Werewolves used to be scary but now they are just stupid tween romance icons (I'm looking at you Twilight). If Lon Chaney Jr was still alive he would be humiliated to see what modern cinema did to such a popular horror icon. Jacob doesn't turn into a werewolf, he just turn into a regular wolf.

  • @Filmodyssey54 well, werewolfs haven't been as badly effected by twilight as vampires, but i thinks that mostly due to the remake of the wolf-man.

I think there should be a remake of dracula and it should be a hardcore slasher film, and have one part of it insult twilight (what i mean is have a CHARECTER insult it)

  • you know twilight fame is not that big but the people who hate it made it famous

  • @puffpuffdustbunny I guess but i posted that comment months ago

  • @Filmodyssey54 No man, I just think LCJ would be proud of himself. It's been 60 years and still no one has topped him as the Wolf man.^^

  • @TheScandinavianOne He was a great actor

  • @Filmodyssey54 You know that's what a werewolf is don't you? A man that turns into a wolf. It isn't some creature that stands on two legs and is a big monster. You completely miss the point. Even in the wolfman, when Bela attacks him he's in the form of a wolf. Obviously they had to make it more of a monster to make it scarier.

  • @Ryan2142 i dont care im just saying Twilight Werewolves aren't true werewolves. Leave Werewolves in horror movies. not shitty tween movies

  • @Filmodyssey54 Well your standard of what is and is not "True werewolves" is lacking. The wolfman was a shitty tween movie back in the day, it's only with time that we've come to recognize it as classic. The werewolves in the Twilight movies are more like mythological werewolves than the one here depicted in the Wolfman. You argument doesn't make any sense.

  • @Ryan2142 Y the hell r u taking Twilight's side? Fuck off this is a classic horror film and it is great and nothing you can say can make me chance my mind on how i feel. Go watch Twilight u gay ass fuck

  • @Filmodyssey54 It's not "taking twilight's side" you idiot. It's that what you said isn't true. Werewolves are simply people that turn into wolves. The mythology has nothing to do with man-wolf monstrous beings. Yeah I agree this is a classic but if nothing can change your mind about a subject then you're an idiot. I don't especially like Twilight either, but it is more accurate about werewolves than most shows.

  • @Ryan2142 I dont care i just dont care. You need to learn how to respect the classics

  • @Filmodyssey54 You're a tool. I love this movie just fine. Grow up.

  • @Ryan2142 This is stupid i have better things to do than argue over youtube with you byes

  • @Filmodyssey54 twilight takes legends of horror (vampire and werewolf) and turns them into teenage s**t

  • @Filmodyssey54 twilight takes legends of horror (vampire and werewolf) and turns them into teenage s**t

  • @Filmodyssey54 jacob is not a warewolf.he is a shapeshifter.read the books...trust me it's better than the movie

  • @Dialga355 im not watching or reading those tween pieces of shit i dont care whats better i hate twilight

  • @Filmodyssey54 you hate twilight just because other people hate it.nice.i hate the stupid 12 year old girls that screem edward too and i hate the bad acting too but hating the movies and books them selfs?that's stupid and ignorand.give it a chanse and get your facts straight before you can say you hate it

  • @Dialga355 NO your wrong i just don't like Twilight why cant you except that. leave me alone if i gave twilight a chance people will call me gay and im not gay. leave me alone

  • @Filmodyssey54 you are such a retarded kid.kk.have a nice day

  • @Filmodyssey54 And he never wears a shirt.

  • @Filmodyssey54 What about the Wolf Man remake? The one with Bencio Del Toro

  • @HelloFade2 i really like that one. i usually dont like remakes but that one wuz amazing but u cant beat the classics

  • Comment removed

  • Werewolves then evolved into people that turned into giant monkeys.

    *cough* saiyans *cough*

  • This animal I have become!!!

  • this is probably the worst movie ever, exept for twilight

  • @TheDouglasZone u fuckin prick just screw u man

  • @TheDouglasZone dude are u serious? u should learn how to spell first before u judge movies LMAO "exept"

why not make a movie yourself then post it on youtube and let other people talk bad about it xD

  • 0:46 You don't get either of those in Twilight either, but it works completely opposite.

  • Even a man who's pure in heart

And says his prayers by night,

May become a wolf when the wolfsbane blooms

And the autumn moon is bright.

  • Wow, props for the transformation

  • Wow. I'm glad this movie was good. The Remake was horrible!

  • @Fanpires23 I know what you mean, them turning Sir John Talbot from a hero to a villain was stupid wasn't it?

If I was in charge of the Wolf Man remake I'd do everything to follow the original and not crap it up like the remake did.

  • Certainly my favorite horror movie.

  • itll grow some hair on your balls

  • I have never seen this movie. Looks like i will have to rent it this Halloween.

  • @PearlJammer07 Well, I just bought the original Dracula and Frankenstein on vhs, so I'm right there with you my friend

  • The original film was great, but the 2010 remake doesn't come close. Still Chaney Jr.'s performance was much more sympathetic and he was able to keep it up in the various sequels. Plus, it's good to know that he kept Universal alive throughout the 40s playing the different monsters. Chaney Jr. was able to follow in his father's footsteps as the man of many monstrous faces!

  • @ScaryReviews Yeah. The Wolfman is one of my favorite movies and I love the sequels, too, except for House of Dracula (it was just way to cheesey). But, the 2010 remake was absolutely rediculous. They didn't keep any of the same story. The original is so good, it's hard to believe that it's not based off of a classic gothic horror novel. The remake should have actually been a remake and I think the 2010 Wolfman would've turned out better than a shameful slaughter fest with too much crappy CGI.

  • @TenderTrap86 What pissed me off about the remake was how they made his father, Sir John Talbot into a bad guy and a Werewolf non the less.

  • @WeylandYutaniInc91 Yeah. They definately pandered to the lowest common denominator to make a buck. What was wrong with the original? Nothing. It was deep and it can be a metaphor, like James said, for the beast that lies within all of us. The only reason the remake wasn't more like the original was because of the shallowness of contemporary film makers and film goers.

Sorry, if that was laying it on too thick. It's just that the vast majority of movies today seriously piss me off.

  • thumbs up if you saw a little bit of this movie in sandlot!

  • why would bella play frankenstein instead of dracula?

  • @ThatEccentricguy In "Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman", there was no Dracula. Dracula was introduced only after Universal found that they hit gold by bringing the Wolfman and the Frankenstein monster together for "FMTW". But, Bela wasn't in the two subsequent films and Dracula was played by John Carradine, whose charater went by the name Baron Latos, which I think should have been it. Everybody knows Lugosi is "Dracula" so why get somebody else for that part? Why not just call him "Baron Latos".

  • @ThatEccentricguy PS However, Lugosi did play Dracula along with the Wolfman and Frankenstein monster in "Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein". It was actually the only other time he played the part, along with the original. Yeah, but the other Carradine playing Dracula was a bad move in my opinion. Whatever.

  • den den duh duh BATMAN(x9000)

  • this is the first time i like the remake more and that says a lot...

  • @TheKillerCat96 I loved the remake, BUT HOW COULD YOU LIKE IT MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL!?!?!?!?!?!

  • @supermax1998 look, i like both, the original was really creepy in some parts even for me, the remake i have to admit they changed some things from the original and i guess that's ok, final verdict i like them both but the remake wins by a hair.

The rest of the classic horror movies i like only the originals.

  • @TheKillerCat96 I just have to say that I'm glad you gave a reasonable explanation, and weren't some douchebag that was going to pick a fight.

  • @supermax1998 I'm glad too, thanks!

  • The remake kicked butt

  • I thought the remake was ok.

  • someone tell me which is the film where the wolfman, fankenstine and dracula fight it looks good

  • @CrittersRule247 House of Frankenstein and I think they're all in House of Dracula but I've never seen that one.

  • @CrittersRule247 There's three. House of Frankenstein, House of Dracula, and Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (which also has cameos of The Invisible Man and The Mummy.) Plus, there was a TV series called Frankenstein 1970, which also stars the 3.

  • even though i knew the end , everybody knows the wolf man story, it enjoyed it , really cool one!

  • what were the names of the films with all three of them together?

  • @theAngryscotman HOUSE OF FRANKENSTEIN which stars Boris Karloff, J. Carroll Naish, John Carradine and Glenn Strange, HOUSE OF DRACULA which stars Onslow Stevens, John Carradine, Lionel Atwill and Glenn Strange and ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN of course starring Abbott and Costello along with Lugosi, Chaney Jr. Strange and Lenore Aubert. You're welcome.

  • @freddy3911 thanks, mate. happy new year by the way.

  • @theAngryscotman You are positively welcome. Happy new year to you also!

  • Abbacot? and Costo? dude i know those guys!

    Whos on first

    whats on second

and I dont know is on third

    classic

  • @TheFlyGuy009 You mean ABBOT and COSTELLO?

  • I didn't know that alucard was actualy in a movie. i honestly thought it was just another character in the castlevainia games.

  • 1:10 - I'm... Wolfmaaaaaaan!!!

  • gotta say, this one doesn't really hold up. it's pretty cheesy. still great fun though, it beats the 2010 version

  • i watched them and my balls grew barly any hair

  • Wolfman is my favorite classic Universal monster

  • @Jigsaw082 thats a good 70 years soooooo its not realy a far fight right there

  • to everyone who thinks that wolfman 2010 is a remake, its not. it was inspired by this film, yes, but its a stand alone movie. it may have reference to the original film like the poem, but its a different film IMO.

  • *howls*

  • Holy crap. I wonder if he ran out of ideas, or the idea of a man becoming a batman at night gave him the idea. I like that.

  • @grendelee

Geez, Danny Elfman should hang his head in shame. That is really shoddy work, stealing a musical score from a movie. Surprised Universal did not sue.

    Quite irritating.

  • @yellowcougar18 Yeah, normally it would be considered a tribute. I mean, wolf man becomes a wolfman at night, batman becomes a batman at night, nice reference. Except everyone says "oh my god, thats amazing, danny elfmans a genius, thats beautiful" probably got him alot of work. Wonder if he ever tried to correct anybody on that....

  • @grendelee

If he was honest, he would come forward, but as we can see, he didn't, or at least never made it public.

  • What are the movies that have frankinstein wolfman and dracula?

  • @Movieroom123 The "monster mash" films are "Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman", "House of Frankenstein", "House of Dracula" and "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankesntein". The Abbott and Costello film is great becuase Lon Chaney Jr. plays the Wolfman and it's the only other time Bela Lugosi played Dracula, ever. It's kind of an old, cornball comedy, but it's a lot fo fun if you love A&C or the Universal Monsters!

  • @TenderTrap86 thank you for telling me the movies

  • @qrabra Your welcome. I forgot to tell you if you do happen to enjoy Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, the comic duo did more films with the classic movie monsters: The Invisible Man, Jekyll and Hyde and The Mummy.
