That 1994 accident was my family. Investigation proved foul play on her car. She would have never take such a risk with her and her fiances children in the car. What a sacrifice not to smash into the cars ahead of her and possibly killing them all too.
i remember that in July 1994, a very tragic accident happened at this crossing...a young woman went around the crossing gates & got herself & 4 little girls killed by a UP freight train...it was so sad & unnecessary...
@miklyd That is very sad, I remember watching trains at this crossing and seeing so many people put there lives on the line by going around the crossing gates.

@BigTonyE69 yes...i'll never understand why people take such risks...what's a few minutes waiting for a train compared to being dead permanently?
