it's called shifting perspective... if you stand facing a pole and close one eye, but stare at the pole while holding onto it and walk around it the backround (behind the pole) will move. But the pole will stay still. Moving clockwise around the pole will make the floor appear to be moving right while everything beyond the pole pans left. All you do is point out how a basic perspective/field of view works, which the original video also demonstrates in a good manner. What you point out as faults in the video, are actually just things working as things would be working.
Wanna know why this trick is fake... What happens when things spin? They move OUTWARD not inward. To do this trick you need to freeze distilled water so that there is a thin layer of ice around the water. When you lift and spin, the ice holds only a few seconds before the physical properties of the outward forces pushes the ice to its breaking point. The reason you use distilled water is because that's the only water (besides natural) that freezes clear.
