As per the calculation its been 23 years now and no big quake , is there a way we could check more details and know appropriate time when it will strike, also does season have to do anything with this or not

b4 an earthquake, the IR increases over 9 deg. in the ground. & the earth's mag. field of 0.02Hz, 20x's that amount.
