On a technical level, mong's rap seriously lack compared to some of the underground artists... (ie DD DT KK 리쌍 EH and whatnot)

Mainstream tends to be this poppy happy type of music.

Yeah i agree but theres a reason to it. if you talk about drugs guns and sex in korea during music concert, then youre just disgracing yourself in korea. Since people get pretty personal with the celebs. ^^

Celebs are like role models to people. They've quite a strong impact and influence onto other people. When people become famous, others want to have that too.
