Clarity of thought ... it's a natural cleansing . In Genesis before Noah got off the Ark , in the beginning this was God's plan for man . Oooooohhhh, my diet is in need of dire repair.

Luckily I love to work out and have a lot of energy and a great metabolism, but I'm sure eating well -- organic fruits & veggies -- would help me tremendously. One of these days, I keep telling myself :))

I dont want any title right now. I've came to this FINALLY. I prefer no title. Even though I want all to feel the same, I am okay with accepting that others dont see it...I am shifting in my thinking and it is good. It's just happening. Im so glad! Im so happy! I feel so similar to what you describe. eating less is so fabulous & when I do eat, Im striving to have it be quality...organic veggies, fruits. Have u looked at a tree or communicated & received a name of that tree in your mind??

Exactly -- titles can be very limiting at times. I usually don't name trees. I call the bamboo tree "Bamboo." I call the pine tree "The Pine Tree." But it's more of a wordless sort of communication. An exchange of energy, really :)

This video could not have come at a better time. I am currentlyt on day 3 of a week long water fast I have started. All I can think about are those tasty looking fruits at the beggining of this video. lol. But really, the sycronicity in which we are all awakening is purely amazing. After my fast is over I will have no problem going to bed without first stuffing my face fulll of cookies and carbs galore and already my body feels a huge leaning towards raw foods rather than prepackaged garbage
