That was hysterical. The sh*t Jews say. Period. Amazing. We say don't judge Judaism by the Jews, but how else is someone who may be learning about our path to God supposed to judge the worth of our derech. Surely, if he or she is looking at us, we're not likely to be judged favorably.
Hillarious satire. Unfortunately this stuff happens. I can especially relate to the wine pouring, and 'al netilat yadayim' kitchen scenes, and a few others as well. LOL
In the final analysis, I am sure that when I began interfacing with the 'frum' community, that they forgave far more of my faux pas than I am aware of - to this day.
In the end, I it is all part of the learning experience, and when I look back on it, most of these incidences are quite funny!
This is very offensive and not at all funny. Unlike the other videos of this type, the Torah clearly instructs how to regard a convert, and this is not it. For shame.
@mrshlomi The whole point of this is making fun of people who don't keep that halachah...the creator, Reyna, the gorgeous Venezuelan woman in the video who came up with the idea to make this video, is a convert...most of these lines are either lines said to her or her other friend who have also converted.

@mrshlomi I'm a convert of puerto rican descent & my father is morrocan israeli so I was raised in a very sephardic community mainly persians & syrians. This is reality & this video is just stating the facts in a comedic way. I glad you understand the amount of respect and sensitivity one should have towards a convert, but many are not as educated. I mean there are shuls that have signs stating converts are not allowed & this I am not making up.
@mrshlomi & as a convert knowing that we are truly jewish and we want the beauty of judaism in our lives, might as well laugh at the comments we hear rather then bash the people who say it. No rude intentions.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's more of a problem in Sephardic communities than Ashkenazic communities
