  • LeSiPeKi, and i think u believe what u want, so u dont lose all that u love. I prayed and God showed me that the book of mormon isnt the word of God.God gives us the desires of our heart, so u got what u love, even though its a lie. Enjoy the kool-aid and entertainment, while the Christians preach the word of God!

  • I like this video. everything Brother Millet states is correct...quit taking these out of context and if you're sincerely interested in the truth of what he has to say, actually study it out and sincerely ask God about it. i already know all of you who profess to be "Christians" would of been the first to ridicule the Savior if you lived during His time. When He preached you would of been the first one to shout out blasphemy and that He went against the law and the Prophets.Scribes and Pharisees

  • "What did I just do..." Avoided answering the question! If someone comes up to me and says, "So, you're a Christian, huh? Do you believe Jesus is God?"

    I answer, "Yes."

    BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG DIFFERENCE!

    (Magic underwear, *snicker*)

  • Howzabout answering the question I asked instead of the one I *should* have asked?

  • This is the "put a frog in warm water and heat it until it boils". Bring 'em in slow and steady instead of dropping the hot water on them.

  • Spin it Bob, Spin it

  • People on this site are not Christian in anyway bottom feeders of the worst kind. They speak of things they know not of. they never mention the mobs, the killings, rapings, and murders of the saints while they support written lies and third and forth party accounts. Shame on them. So they did to the prophets of old all in the name of there God. Pathetic.

  • The issue isn't Joesph Smith at all, it's Christ and what he did. Poor Bob hope he get's it figured out !

  • @2wives1prophet Packer is a "pile of sh*t in adult diapers"

  • @NaDopros Your out of line.

  • this man is "teaching" gullable pre- missionaries to lie. How can it be interpreted any other way. Yet the Salt Lake Headquarters endorses this guy to speak for them. The wonder why they have an image problem.........

  • God said in the ten commandments: you shalt not LIE.

  • @purplekoala4evr And, God said, "Thou shalt make no ....IMAGE."

(And, Mormons, through that piss-ant L. Tom Perry, are making, and re-making a mask: an "image").

When I was growing up, a long time ago, a FAÇADE was a "false-front": it made something "seem" to be different than it really was.

How is the dumb-flubber Mormon Crutch any different than the Pharisees of Jesus' day? With their image-making, full-of-pretense, nonsense?

Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for being Pretenders (Hypocrites).

  • Robert Millet: "Whenever somebody asks me an antagonistic question, I command them by the Power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood ® to be silent!".

  • @eeikman Good One!

  • @2wives1prophet The GA's have a pecking order that is enforced, too. When my brother-in-law Clate Mask Jr. gave his first conference talk as a GA, the higher-ups ordered that no water be sent up the little elevator that sends the glass up behind the podium when Clate push the call button. It was a none to subtle message to tell Clate his place.

  • @eeikman Don't you mean your brother-in-law Clay Mask, Jr. ?

  • @NaDopros Clay Mask, Jr. :D So true.

  • Stupid cult. They don't just mislead and lie to strangers. They lie to and mislead their own members. When do you stop misleading if you are going to lie from the start? It is known as lyiing for the Lord.

  • @granitelocal May I qualify what you just wrote? It is known to SECTARIANS as "lying for the Lord". Mormons don't think it is lying, to cover up all that cow crap, lying there, on Mormon Ground.

  • @NaDopros Here's an interesting "afterthought", for you:

Elder Cueball, Full-of-Nuts (Dallin) Oaks has recently said the following:

"DON'T CRITICIZE THE BRETHREN: EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG."

In short, if one exerts their God-given right of "critical inquiry", then the so-called "Brethren" will be compelled to do one of two things:

    1) Fry your ass in a "Court of Love"; or,

    2) Be compelled, thusly, to cover up more cow crap, as a way of answering you.. (They prefer to make you afraid, instead).

  • BUT Thats not what he asked! You should never be ashamed of your Lord......they already know the answer when they ask the question...Never lie...ya all are weird

  • @kikiskollection That is y'all, not "ya all". Next time, please sound a little bit more like Bubba, so we can earmark you, right away !

  • @NaDopros LOL

  • So glad this is still up in some form! LDS INC HATES IT! it would be great to have even more of it up for reference. Millet is a sickening JERK !

  • Mormons think they've cornered the market on morality and it just isn't true. There a more screwed up Mormons than not. Why do they all give me that uneasy creepy feeling? The great and abominable Church is their own.

  • oh my, a cultist fanatic lying, now there is a shocker!.

  • Only Jesus saves - not your good works, not even your obedience to The Laws, because it is IMPOSSIBLE for man to be without sin while in the flesh. Yor righteousness is as filthy rags in God's sight. Only JESUS SAVES.

  • Answer the right question. "In the Spring of 1820, there man named Joseph Smith, Jr. who went from farm to farm, telling farmers that he could locate buried treasure by staring at magic rocks in his white hat.........."

What did I just do?? I just told the truth!!

  • @CounterCultureLives Smith stared at several sets of "magic rocks". One such rock was a brown stone with holes in it, which he put into a hat and "translated" with.

The other set of rocks was in his own pants: and, he stared at them until they (those rocks) told him to go and boink FANNY ALGER, in a barn, somewhere in Ohio!

  • @NaDopros How can you hateful AntiMormons tell such LIES about our profit Joseph SmYth??

Joseph Smith was NOT "boinking" Fanny Alger. When Emma Smith walked into the barn and caught Joseph with his hands on Fanny's fanny, he was EDUCATING her about what she should never allow other men to do with her fanny.

I KNOW The Book of Mormon is true. I KNOW Joseph SmYth was a true profit of God. There's no place like home, There's no place like home, There's no place like home.

  • @CounterCultureLives Make sure you have your magic underwear on (and your red, shiny shoes), when you say that! (Dorothy and Toto would be pleased!)

    LMAO ;)

  • @NaDopros I'd better; The ruby slippers and the blue checkered dress don't exactly go with my beard!! ;o)

  • So what's this shister trying to defend? The truth?

A means to an end cult practice, coming to a door near you (one hopes not).

  • @TheAngelMoroni I have done a serious search into all things Mormon. It was about a week of learning that yielded nothing but more questions until I had reached a more informed than not, decision. A story so modified from the dreams of an un-informed "un-learned" young man insisting on a story so unbelievable... I suspect the Lords true vision of the world, still recovering from being flooded once due to over-population and rampant sin,

  • would be so insistent to achieve that again, he would insist people populate the world as fast as possible.

  • Lying by omittion. One of the most clever ways of keeping people from knowing enough facts to make an informed decision. The lure. Everyone check out the Professor, I mean Professional liar. Liars like the dark and like everyone to look up to them. He makes me gag!!!

  • @TheSoulamore I "Second that Motion". I "move" that jughead Millet be "banned from The Society-at-Large".

WAIT! That sucker IS ALREADY OUTSIDE Society-at-Large: he's a freaking cult member, inside a prevaricating sub-culture!

  • @NaDopros :) Indeed. He deserves no respect!

  • @scottwins2 "Like Oliver Cowdery, and Martin Harris, David Whitmer bore the testimony to the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon until the day he died." 1. Martin Harris also rejected Brigham Youngs claim as Prophet and testified of James Strang as Prophet.

    2. David Whitmer also wrote about Joseph Smith's deceptions/alterations in D&C and false revelations.

3 Warren Jeffs also testifies to thte truthfullness of the Book of Mormon. You are in good company.

  • @ElderJoseph Actually very good companyI am in. W Jeffs not my church, nice try. You accuse as usual with no facts, no dates, no places, etc. David Whitmer Where is important as a witness. He was given many opportunities to step back from his witness, to say, "Well, I might have been mistaken" or "Joseph Smith fooled me" or something like that. He always stood by his witness.. He had his testimony of the Book of Mormon placed on his tombstone. That, I think, is striking.

  • @scottwins2 " Actually very good companyI am in. W Jeffs not my church, nice try."

No trying anything. Warren Jeffs is just as much a prophet as is Tom Monson and all the other LDS type prophet goons. There are hundreds of them. You just follow one of many.

My point is those witnesses you speak oft. Martin Harris and David Whitmer both REJECTED Brigham Youngs claim for Prophethood and in his case turned out to be PROFIThood. He made himself wealthy as church dictator and leader.

  • @scottwins2 " He had his testimony of the Book of Mormon placed on his tombstone. That, I think, is striking."

And equally striking is David Whitmer equally testied of Joseph Smith's false revelations and altering of the Doctrine and Covenants to suit as it pleased him, showing they were made up by Smith He never recanted those claims even on his death bed.

    VERY STRIKING! :)

What is also striking is that Warren Jeffs will also testify of the Book of Mormon to his grave.

  • @ElderJoseph Your consistant never giving the facts, never the source, always accusations. VERY STRIKING

  • 1:00 Of course it's not the best approach, because then any sane person would clearly see you're nuts.

  • Ah, classic misdirection in order to keep pushing their BS.

  • Very poor title, commentary, and interpretation, but nicely re-posted in a legal manner. He never lied he only is trying to get to the perceived root of his question in stead of trying to deal with a symptom.

  • He didn't say don't answer the question he said start at the beginning, milk before meat, explain how you know what you know before explaining what you know. That isn't lying. As for the most important thing. Truth is the most important thing and if Joseph Smith was called of God then the BOM, another witness of Christ, is true. Yeah it's important to know if God has a prophet on the earth today just like it has always been since the beginning.

  • @peaceliberty4all Prophets of Old were like "Samuel, the Lamanite": they were sent to people because of sin and to prophesy of specific consequences that God had in store, for them, if they did not repent.

(Think of Jonah, when you read the above).

MONSON has never prophesied of any specific future event, in his entire life!

By very "definition", Monson is just a blow-hard LEADER DOG: and "Leader Dogs" were NOT the prophets, anciently!

Now, do the silly-ass Mormon "Twist & Turn & Twist" game!

  • @NaDopros I don't twist and turn, clearly you have an issue with projecting. All one has to do is read the comments on this clip to see who the spin masters are.

  • @peaceliberty4all Clearly, you don't care that your so-called "prophets" don't prophesy.

That is like hiring an insurance salesman who "calls himself a carpenter" to do your home repairs. What a deluded mor(m)on, you are!

  • Why was Joseph Smith persecuted? Why was he hunted from neighborhood to neighborhood, from city to city, and from State to State, and at last suffered death? Because he received revelations from the Father, from the Son, and was ministered to by holy angels, and published to the world the direct will of the Lord concerning his children on the earth. BRIGHAM YOUNG

  • @scottwins2 For screwing little girls dumbass

  • That Joseph Smith, Jun.., has shown unto us the plates of which hath been spoken, which have the appearance of gold; and as many of the leaves as the said Smith has translated we did handle with our hands; and we also saw the engravings thereon,... we bear record with words of soberness..., for we have seen and hefted,. And we lie not, God bearing witness....

CHRISTIAN WHITMER, JACOB WHITMER, PETER WHITMER, JUN., JOHN WHITMER, HIRAM PAGE, JOSEPH SMITH, SEN., HYRUM SMITH, SAMUEL H. SMITH

  • Be it known... That we, through the grace of God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, have seen the plates. We also testify that we have seen the engravings which are upon the plates; And we declare with words of soberness, that an angel of God came down from heaven, and he brought and laid before our eyes, that we beheld and saw the plates.... And it is marvelous in our eyes. we bear testimony of these things. OLIVER COWDERY, DAVID WHITMER, MARTIN HARRIS

  • Another controversial topic in De principiis is universalism. Origen suggested that since God is love, everyone, even Satan, will be saved in the end (by endless opportunities for repentance, through learning and growth, even after death), and the entire creation will return to its original state where all was pure spirit.

  • @scottwins2 Universalism is a heresy, which is plain to see from the teachings of the Bible. It clearly teaches that some go unto Heaven while others face punishment in Hell for eternity. If you'd like to dispute this I'd be glad to prove you wrong from the Word of God. Or even from the fabrication of Joesph Smith the BoM.

  • @DerZanDa You claim Joseph Smith fabricated the Book of Mormon, tough Book to write in 60 days.

Where is your proof other than heresay? He has witnesses. What do you have?

  • @scottwins2 If you trust the people who claimed it took 60 days, I just find it funny that in 1824 Ethan Smith(not related) wrote the book "View of the Hebrews" which has almost the exact same story line as the Book of Mormon, and all Joesph Smith had to do was warp some protestant doctrine, use his imagination and add 5 million "and it came to pass'"

  • @DerZanDa And it came to pass is proper Hebrewm, the Bible is full of the same. During the translation of the King James Version 1/3 of those words were taken out to fit English in a moe proper way.

Loyal to the View of the Hebrews? You are willing to steal from Solomon Spaulding? There is no known person witnessing a connection of Josephs Book of Mormon and Ethans Smith View of the Hebrews together. Yes there are some similarities knowing the Bible could insure it.

  • @DerZanDa The story line is not the same, but is a history or pieces of it brught together of some of the peoples in america and there relationships to god. Its not scripture and The Book of Mormon is certainly not a History Book. Not one paragraph is the same that i can see.

  • Thus mystical texts often have a kind of literal fulfilment. And accordingly the predictions of the restoration of Israel, in the last days, while they deliver them from a mystical wilderness of spiritual wretchedness, of ignorance and moral death;--may at the same time redeem them from a vast literal wilderness! And the prediction of the former may be phrased from this very circumstance.

Ethan Smith from the View of the Hebrews

  • How great indeed is our debt to [Joseph Smith]... It was he who brought us a true knowledge of God the Eternal Father and His Risen Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. During the short time of his great vision he learned more concerning the nature of Deity than all of those who through centuries had argued that matter in learned councils and scholarly forums. Gordaon B. Hinkley

  • @scottwins2 Actually the knowledge about God the Father and Jesus Christ had been around for about 1800 years before Joesph Smith came around. In which we learn that there is ONE God who has existed from eternity to eternity never having changed, this cannot be said about the Mormon god.

  • @DerZanDa Actually No, 427 yrs, Plato taught The beautiful, Good ,True were the only eternal things, later he called this The One, or The Devine. that is Christian God of today. Basically Plato is the prophet philosopher you follow. then came the Sadducees and the Pharisees to push for and get it into the bible through Origen the Philosopher in about 70 AD then on to the councels of Niacea and Constantines rule to finish the deal. The reformers tried to bring the apostles and prophets back.

  • @scottwins2 Wow you are a joke, ridiculous conspiracy theories that have no historical proof to the claims. The Council of Nicaea was about the Divinity of Jesus Christ, somehow people still don't understand this. Christianity is not borrowed paganism or is certainly not a creation of Plato or an invention of Origen who is a theologian and not a philosopher. You have your history so mixed up I don't even know where to start.

  • @xCH3573Rx Joseph Persecuted Christians and thre pastors in his first vision ,

  • @jayhawk88z This is not true of the First Vision but please enlighten us.

  • The lie is their teachings. They say "We are just like you." and "We believe just like you" when in fact most LDS do not even know the true Word of God, The Bible.

  • @cdianne2002 I am LDS, I know the Bible comes from the Greek word Biblio which means a Library of Books, So The Bible as important as is a collection of Books marked sacred by those who compiled them. John the revelator was speaking of his own writng when he spoke of the curse in changing and teaching of his book. Not the Bible as a whole since the bible did not exist for another 75 to 150 years after the Resurection of Jesus.

The Book of Mormon is a valuable additon to that Library.

  • First they get you in thinking that they are like any other church. Then slowly they teach you their beliefs. Their Bible has brain washing words, "this is the truth" over and over. The true Bible teaches that if any other gospel comes along other then what Jesus preached not to trust that one. Galatians 1:9

  • How great indeed is our debt to [Joseph Smith]... It was he who brought us a true knowledge of God the Eternal Father and His Risen Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Gordaon B. Hinkley

  • @scottwins2 keep drinking the cool aid dude

  • "I am a lover of the cause of Christ and of virtue, chastity, and an upright, steady course of conduct and a holy walk. I despise a hypocrite or a covenant breaker. I judge them not; God shall judge them according to their works. I am a lover even of mine enemies, for an enemy seeketh to destroy openly. I can pray for those who despitefully use and persecute me, but for all I cannot hope." Joseph Smith Jr.

  • I had actually seen a light, and in the midst of that light I saw two Personages, and they did in reality speak to me;...while people were persecuting me, I said in my heart: Why persecute me for telling the truth? I have actually seen a vision; and who am I that I can withstand God,...For I had seen a vision; I knew it, and I knew that God knew it, and I could not deny it, neither dared I do it; at least I knew that by so doing I would offend God, and come under condemnation. Joseph Smith

  • Why was Joseph Smith persecuted? Why was he hunted from neighborhood to neighborhood, from city to city, and from State to State, and at last suffered death? • "you're misdirecting his intention"

mm It shouldn´t be a surprise . Take it easy LDS bro. It´s common to see the uses of almost all the verbs that starts with "MIS" in this sites

  • If you actually researched the talks & writings of Robert Millet, you would know that he mainly preaches Jesus is the Christ & our Savior. Since you played only a clip of his talk, you're misdirecting his intention. Look if you want to program computers and know nothing about math, you start from the beginning. You can't learn algebra if you haven't mastered basic math. A doctor studies pre-med first. he doesn't begin with surgery. Jesus atoned for my sins, I didn't earn that. He gave it to me.

  • @firstgeir

Mormonism does not agree with the Bible - AT ALL. God was never a man. He does not have wives in Heaven. There are NOT multiple universes, each with it's own "God". You will never become a "God" with your own universe. You are saved by grace ALONE - not works. Jesus is definitely NOT Satan's brother. You believe in a false Jesus and you are not saved. Hell is waiting for all who believe the lies of this wicked cult. And yes, I know that you don't believe anyone goes to hell.

  • I tell everyone that God wants us to be like Him.

  • I'm still waiting to see the actual lie here. The word "lie" is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as "an intentionally false statement." Nowhere here does he intentionally make a false statement (though, of course, you would say he definitely makes a false statement, even if not intentionally). It would be better for you to call it a distraction or a diversion, if you wish to make that point.

  • @ReResearcher "Lie" may not be an appropriate term her, but "deceit" and "sidestepping" are clearly appropriate terms.

  • How can I respond to a total stranger?

  • L.D.S. = L.ie + D.eceive + S.idestep

  • Very Non Christ like people on here, bottom feeders like elfhammer, or Reprobates as tamasandy.

  • @scottwins2 Sorry if the truth hurts you so badly.

  • Stupid fucking liar

  • It's like asking a car salesman whether for a Carfax report and being told: "Let me show you the interior. It has really nice leather seats. Get inside and sit down. Obviously with such exquisite upholstery, the car has to be sound!"

In other words "It's not whether or not the doctrines Mormons teach such as Godhood, polygamy, etc. are sound (evidence of a true prophet). It's whether or not what Joseph claimed (after several revisions) could possibly be true"

    BWAHAHAHA!

    Lying fornicators!

  • This is what a life sized hand puppet looks like!...Thomas S. Monson has his arm up this guys ass!!!

  • Absolutely this is fair use, and indeed, that is why the music, motion picture, and publishing industries are working so hard to eliminate fair use. We have to fight for more liberal copyright laws, and an absolute time limit on copyright.

But I fail to see how that applies to this. All religions are rife with abuse and immorality and outright lies. That's what religion is.

  • Some would ask, how could a perfect God create a universe filled with so much that is evil. They have missed a greater conundrum: why would a perfect God create a universe at all? -Sister Miriam Godwinson, "But for the Grace of God"

  • @BaurakAle7 Who was called to the quorom of the 70?

  • That's such brainwashing! A person isn't even supposed to ask certain questions!

  • how comical that LDS Inc had the original postings of this pulled once they realized just how bad it really looked. MORmONS constantly tweet about how good they are but they are really scum & a blight on humanity. MORmON teaches ppl to be STUPID!

  • This guy is nuts if he was a prophet called by god it wouldn't matter what question they ask you

  • This guy is nuts!

  • @xCH3573Rx "Satan's Army Persecuting Mormons" ...uh... that would be SAPM. not SPAM.

  • @tamasandy It's called..... REFORMED SPAM!!

  • @CounterCultureLives haha! that's hilarious!

  • This guy is one smug SOB and he's a liar.

  • fuck lds lawyers who threatened the original author of the video with a lawsuit! jesus suing people--yes, most definitely the true ¢hur¢h of j€$u$ ¢hri$t =)

  • I am the one who originally made the clip. Thanks for keeping it out there.

  • Why is this video being censored? What is there to be afraid of ? I would be afraid of the loss of freedom of speach & freedom of religion. Most of the negative comments seem to me to be based on preformed decisions and fear of the LDS which is totally unwarranted. What, exactly do you fear - all of you who criticize? Try questining some of the difficult things to believe in other religions - including your own. No, I am not LDS nor any religion.

  • @prep0ster0us I fear no mortal or religion, "Islam excluded".

  • mormons confessed to me that if God deams a man is worthy enough he will have his own planet and prayed to!!! dont believe me? well i saved the chat!!!sorry but its true !!!no i am not mormon

  • What is it that you fear?? .

  • Bob claims to recognize that "The most important thing is if Joseph Smith was called of God"....but yet he does nothing to determine that...just choosing to believe it instead, clearly proving he doesn't really believe that is the most important thing.

    It's called double talk folks.

What Bob really considers the most important thing is his self glorification, including becoming a god, the very question you should choose to ignore as a Mormon.

  • @prep0ster0us

Yes they can, as I am no longer seeking fundamental truth. It's an old user name.

  • Some people believe that God is really the goodness in each and every person. This does not mean that the people who believe this are self glorifying.

  • @prep0ster0us

Some people may, if truth isn't what they are after, and choose to follow their own desire instead. (I don't know what this has to do with mormonism or Bob Millet though)

    Mark 10:18

"Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good--except God alone.

  • This talk was not given to the missionaries at the MTC, I am 100% sure, because I worked there. This was probably a lecture at BYU. Everything all depends on if Joseph Smith is a prophet or not, so simple. He is NOT telling people to lie. Basically he is saying that it is impossible to satisfy ALL THE ANTI-MORMONS. Things are taken out of its context anyway.

  • He is correct. this is how things should be answered. There are no lies here. It reduces the antagonism.

  • @ddwest47401 L.D.S. = L.ie D.eceive S.idestep

  • idiot..what is your name bob??big bob liar

  • Comment removed

  • That's right bob. Don't tell people the truth. Deceive them first and get them baptized before they know what's going on.

  • Actually, the title of this video is more of a lie than what the guy said in the video. As far as I saw, he never said to lie to anyone. He did talk about steering the conversation. He was a bit arrogant when he talked about what question people should ask as opposed to what they did ask. There was no lying involved. Just avoiding answering the question. Not the same. They guy in the video was misleading. The poster of the video was lying in its description.

  • A liar training future liars.

  • At what point did he say that Lying was good? He is saying that if maybe a Bored Again Christian asks an ANTAGONISTIC question then don't indulge them by answering their question but instead teach them something they should have asked/need to know. The Apostle Paul taught this method. 1 Corinthians 3:2, Hebrews 5:12

  • @LukeAir2008 I think Bob explained what the core of mormonism is all about, "deception".

  • Then you would have to conclude that every religion's attempt to explain the core of their beliefs are nothing but deceptions.

  • @prep0ster0us Were you lds at one time? If not, you wouldn't be able to grasp the true nature of living inside a box associated with being member of this church. Who do you worship?

  • Happy to see this reloaded. It is FAIR USE... This guy sounds just like a politician. Can't answer a direct question. How will he respond if asked, "Why does your church teach that Adam's sin was a good thing?"

  • Firstly what he did was SKIRT AROUND THE ACTUAL QUESTION. SECONDLY WHAT HE DID WAS NOT ANSWER THE SUPPOSED RIGHT QUESTION

  • No, the problem is you are posting a video that does not belong to you.

  • This guy believes that if you go to a restaurant and a waiter asks you , 'May I get you something to drink?' then you should answer 'Yes, I will have the prime rib with a side of potatoes.'

I guess living in a delusion can be fun .....for those around you lol

  • wow i cant believe i was deceived by them :(

  • This is brilliant...The next time someone asks me what they have to do in order to be saved I am just gonna start reading from Genesis and the creation story...cuz that makes perfect sense and I'm sure whoever asked the question will be more than satisfied with my answer....

  • Antagonistic or not, if someone asks you a question about doctrine you should be able to answer.

The truth is not difficult to explain, but lies need to be presented very carefully.

  • Where does the anger come from that so many are expressing here? This man is talking sense and so many of you are ripping segments of it apart rather than just listening to the whole of what he said. He obviously does not want to offend people or provoke anyone to anger. Sheila

  • It's not Banned!!! lol

  • thos guy makes less sense then bush

  • What a pompous ass.

"How do I repsond?" How about with the truth.

No one is smart enough to make decision about your Church UNLESS you hold their hand and dictate how they get there? WOW>. Sheer arrogance!

Welcome to the Church of Censorship of Latter-Day Saints.

Glad I'm no longer one of them.

  • What a bloated inflammation of ambition type of character, the question the inquirer should of asked was the one he did ask, oh yea Joseph Smith a man of God, a servant of God involved in money digging and putting a chocolate colored rock in a hat to "translate" the BoM, when the ENSIGN shows pictures of the Golden plates beside him as he "translates" on to parchment??? And there is the Book of Abraham, mercy, one must be so involved in the church affairs to not make time to do REAL research

  • How should i answer the question to avoid the facts that our Church is provocative in nature and that they are simply unbiblical?

  • "What did I just do"?? I just deflected as best I could from the blasphemy of man-god to the issue of Joe and his vision. Or put another way, to man worship. So, really, baldly has put his foot into tar baby twice. once with Man-God and once with Joe-vision/god... At least when he encounters me. Now, bring him before me that I may.....Indian sunburn him

  • Robert Millet's strategy:

Avoid the honest question all together and what ever you do... keep those weird things Joseph Smith taught hidden under a rug until they are a baptized member (and even that might be too soon to be open and honest to the member).

  • It's Called twistianity!

  • LOL....Sounds like this guy is training used car salesmen.

  • @tezkingkong Mormons make very good used car salesmen. They are trained from birth.

  • Let me say now if no one else has. Jesus Christ is my Lord, my Saviour an my Master. I look to Him for solace in my life. It is in Him and through Him that I am able to return to the presence of my Father. It is Him who I love and will continue to do so beyond the grave. It is by His grace that I am saved. I talk of Joseph Smith as I do Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Moses. As a watchmen on the tower. As a man called of God. Never as a savior.

  • The most disturbing thing about mormonism to me is that they think they can cure homosexuality. =/

  • Millet is very clever. Very clever and very, very deceitful.

The right question is: Is Joseph Smith really a true prophet?

    The answer is unequivocally no.

    End of discussion.

  • That fucking cockroach should be punished for saying such lies.. who is he to tell someone what they SHOULD have asked.. The e.g of the question was a question they asked so why would they mean anything else? that dumb fuck!

  • I respect Bob Millet and the work he's doing with Greg Johnson (also his book, A Different Jesus?). I don't think he's encouraging LDS to lie, but to get to the root of the question being asked. When asked about abortion or homosexuality I always first try to establish the Bible's authority over us before getting into specifics. And I often find the questioner doesn't believe in God or the Bible, just trying to provoke a fight. That's not lying, just "checking premises" as Ayn Rand encouraged.

  • Man,

Does this video and the comments sound like a bunch of Christians trying to listen to someone trying to explain how to properly assess how to respond to the questions posed to them? No, this is a bunch of anti-Christian comments. Mocking the faith of other people is unChristian. Jesus attacked hypocrites of his own faith, never the sincere believers of other faiths. Same as Paul and all other New Testament figures.

This is just a very sad example of negativism.

  • A cult is NOT a faith... It is an organization with an agenda..

    Just clarifying..

  • A cult is a group of people who follow a single leader unquestioningly.

It could be said that Mormonism IS a cult, that follows Jesus Christ, and has an "agenda' of salvation for all mankind...

  • Incorrect. MANY Christians follow Jesus Christ, and his teachings. Many are in organized religions. How many of these organized religions REQUIRE ones, money, time, and obedience, and then chase you around when they don't receive it? How many ostrasize those that leave, and tell those that remain not to interact with those apostates? THAT, my friend, is the difference between a cult and religion. Your church wants you to believe that this is the life God wants you to live. But it isn't..

  • @ answeringantimormons

Incredible. YOUR prophet was the first to talk of other faith's in a negative matter. He called ALL Christians an abomination. Now the mormon church is trying to go mainstream, calling THEMSELVES Christians. True Christians resent the fact that a religion centered on a man (joe smith), with the name Jesus Christ thrown in to attract followers, NOW feels persecuted by Christians. Do you see how incredibly hypocritical your church is?

  • Also, this man is NOT attempting to weed out the gist of the question as he claims. He's purposely trying to mislead through deflection. This is a common rhetorical method employed by polticians, in an effort to AVOID answering DIRECTLY, a DIRECT question. I fing it EXTREMELY telling that the church "teaches" this method. More lies to go with the corruption..

  • @theboofooguy You sound like no christian. Attacking ones faith regardless what you believe is obsurd. Now you are living in a life of hypocrisy

  • @wmarcus1203

Who are you to judge me? I'm simply stating facts. Because you don't like the facts, that make me "UN"Christian. Being Christian means being "CHRIST LIKE". It has nothing to do with joe, the bom, doc and cov's, the pearl etc. These are false gospels, that Jesus Himself warned us about. I'm sure if He were here, He would tell you the same.

  • Should Christians do this? Mat 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. NO! They blaspheme the word of God and are leading others towards Hell.

  • Bob is a deceitful crafty guy. He wants to sound Christian and hides the truth about mormon doctrine. Joseph Smith drew the line and set in place the ultimate division. YOU will never be accepted into the body of Christ until you drop the blasphemous doctrines.
