I'm loving all the terrible grammar and punctuation errors by people who seem irate about following simple rules of the skate park. Maybe if they spent less time ditching class to skate with each other, they would have actually learned something useful. This park is for recreation, it is up to you if you want to use it, and if you do, then follow the simple rules, and if you don't want to follow them, just go somewhere else that's legal. Although I would like to see that drink rule "updated."

@Boy5Bad When I was younger I always seemed to have worse injuries on the scooter than on bike or skateboard. I think the handlebars hovering right around the groin area at all times had something to do with it.

It's a public park, and he requires NO authority or permission. Check the law before screaming. My tax dollars go to creating an maintaining this park, not just so a bunch of brats can do what they want.

I have been threatened with lawsuits and even had the police called on me. There becomes a point where you just need to let them do as they wish. If they fall and crack their head open, that sucks, but they knew better (and it keeps me employed as an ER nurse). California has a helmet law for motorcycles, but Wisconsin doesn't. Everyone knows helmets save lives but it comes under the heading of free will when they ride without one
Now I've never done anything beyond riding a bike normally... But from my perspective the kid on the bike (doing the flip) was like one move away from cracking his head open (possibly killing himself) But maybe that's just me....
