Apparently no one here understands the musical symbolism of the harp's atonality here.

Power is power, it exists unrefined, and more power only matters when there's someone with the same amount or more. It cannot be developed and sharpened like knowledge or drawn in when you need it most like courage.

That is symbolism of the atonality of Din Power.

Pure power on its own is rather chaotic without something behind it and to be balanced in order for it to become something constructive. Reason and courage don't always need power to have meaning, but power needs them to shape it into something constructive.

Because Gannon is essential pure power and lacking in courage or wisdom to shape it he cannot create, only destroy. Harmony in music again is created through balance. That's why this is a such good symbolization of pure power.
