@Deepinher01 Actuallly 6psi on the stock lift pump is 6psi on the airdog. Still gonna toast a pump. Correct is no higher then 20 and no lower than 10.
My truck is doing almost the same thing. Sometimes when I turn it on its at about 15 psi with the airdog 100 and other times it sits at 10 and will drop. I would suggest that you try bleeding the line to see if any air is will come out from around the fitting at the vp44 pump.

Not with an airdog running 3/8" or 1/2" line. Even tho it's lower FP it still has enough fuel to cool it keep it lubed.

Owch bye bye vp44... I would get that fixed, it shouldn't be under 10 at any time. Ull toast an injection pump fast at those low pressures
