  • You should try not to drop your hips during the frog squats. but i saw this in some other vids of you too. make sure that your abs and glutes are tight :) otherwise i really like your workouts. i'm a huge fan of the tabata protocol :)

  • is it only going to burn fat or is it going to help building muscles and stuff (in the other worlds is it going to make your legs thicker?) im so confused about these stuff. many people say these exercises like squats make your legs slim but some say they make them thicker... whats your idea?

  • These are the exact routines I use with my clients... some are athletes, some are beginners with no fitness experience. I tell everyone: Do what you can at your pace. What you can't do, attempt within your limits... pushing yourself a little more each time. Form is ALWAYS more important the speed. I'd rather you did 3 good squats than 20 sloppy ones (that could result in injury). You'll feel great once you've tried it... and your ass will be in it's proper place, I swear ;)
