  • I understand that. I just wanted to make sure cause I also had mine done do to pains.

And I had to make sure they knew it was a female issue non trans. good luck my friend hoppe you feel better soon

  • @dontazz2003 I definitely want to have a serious conversation with my primary about the advisability of a hysterectomy. I don't have a history of serious problems in that department. I'm open to an oophorectomy to avoid any ovarian problems if my doctor feels it would be beneficial. We're currently trying to get me up to date on things like my first colonoscopy. The last six months have been concerned with finding the right balance of testosterone that works with the clotting disorder.

  • That also was my first experience too...as I have had good experiences since but have learn this will happen. When this happen I was shocked and upset as I have never been treated that even when gay....now I live where it may happen again we will see....but keep this a female problem or insurance might not cover it.

  • @dontazz2003 I'm not planning on legally changing my gender for this very reason. I can gt it changed just on my driver's license. I'm happy enough with that.

  • Slap the b$%^tch.

  • I am sorry about your dr visit...my dr sent me to a place and at my appointed time I was taken in a room and told the DR would not see me. So I understand your feelings...I was told people like me need to be seen at UW ( I lived in WA) got lucky and saw a DR who help me. and that other test good luck.

  • @dontazz2003 I've had such great experiences with doctors that it took me awhile to realize what may have gone down.

  • Alright, put that last part to music, and you'll have yourself a song.

  • Hang in there Sam! Yeah, I get excited over little stuff too!! Enjoy your radio!

Pulling for you to get your health issues straightened out! Take care bro.

  • I support the OWS protesters, but I would like to see some kind of movement toward more clarification of the most important issues and then some kind of plan to move to the next step of addressing these issues. It's very frustrating watching the violence on the news....and knowing we are only being shown what the gov't is possibly allowing to be shown in the media. Sad state of affairs we are in right now! I hope you get to Indy!!!

  • Oh, Sam, I am really sorry that your doctor's appointment went south on you like that. They'll make us sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes past our appt time, but God forbid that WE are 7 minutes late! And then my doc's office will charge you a $25 broken appt fee to throw insult onto injury. Hell, my dentist tried to charge me $50 for a broken appt when I was like 15 minutes late! I fought it, and now am seeking a new dentist...he's just too expensive and has horrible chairside manners.

  • @MainelyButch Well, to be fair, the ER is about stabilizing people, not treating them. Their only goal was to make sure nothing serious was wrong. So, I'm s'posed to follow up with the primary on Monday. Might have been a seizure. I'll ask the primary if she wants to send me to the neuro. Haven't seen one in like two years.
