Ok, could someone please give me a straight answer. What caused the problem? And the restaurant is fine now right? Because I for think Heston is awesome and one of my biggest idol. Going to eat at the fat duck is on my bucket list.

Its the water content. Bacteria varies from various water sources. People who usually drink tap from europe might not be accustomed with tap in other countries. The water is of other origin.

WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED??Have just watched this guy's program where he stuffs 24 live and shitting pigeons inside a giant pie with smaller pies inside (hope he told the pigeons not to defecate on the top of the pies!!). doesn't this "top chef" know that live animals and prepared food DO NOT MIX??? where did he get his FHC?
