Yeah, I read on wikipedia that Zootfly couldn't secure the rights to develop the Ghostbusters game, so Atari handled it instead. But rather than scrapping the project Zootfly went with a non- ghostbusters themes game and called it TimeO.

Activision got the rights to the ghostbusters, but sold it to Atari in their merger with Blizzard.
But TimeO so far hasn't been released.
