The only bad part about this is that it took me so long to find it. I think you did great with the piano and your voice, it's a good thing you didn't try to mimic the original singing. You made it your own and it was wonderful, brings back memories of when I was really young.

I have heard it so many time that I guess I do "get" the tune :-) To answer your question, no I do not play in public or with other musicians. To use the sustain - pedal alot more than in the original song makes alot of

sense, since the other instruments are missing. Hence your interpretation is

more relaxing. Also your voice is more ´brightly´ and less ´naughty´ as Brians

is. All in all its more devotional and sadlier. No wonder, if you lost your friend.
