Another nice video from Sedona, thank you. I used to dislike Expert Village because they had too many half-buzzed videos, but then I found you! You are definitely a great addition to Expert Village.

When you travel to the West Indies you can buy raw chocolate rolled into balls or finger shaped wrapped in wax paper at the "markets" from the market ladies. Dominica makes chocolate balls, Antigua makes chocolate fingers. None of them have added anything. They heat them up in milk and stir in lots of "straw sugar" (that's dirty sugar to us outsiders) and drink a big cup of it before bed when they feel sick ... It works.
