  • I always loved the line "I came with people and left with him." Makes you wonder what "he" is - an alien? :) Great rocker!

  • Jean was the 1st & only officially named & promoted Female Elvis by RCA Victor, their record label. Her & Elvis' first record on that label, "Welcome to the Club", & "Love Me Tender" plus their flip sides were on the same 45 promo record, back to back, that were sent to radio stations-2 songs each side. RCA promoted them as "The King & Queen of Rock & Roll" & they named her The Female Elvis. Their songs were sold on seperate 45's in stores & both the promo & seperate ones are collectors items.
