  • This is bullshit, these guys are not in the real Pegasus, Pegasus was signed with Epic in the late 70's. This some fly by night shitty sounding bar band using the name. They should be slapped hard. The guitar players can't even come close to playing real music, and the vocals ? It would be great for scarring wild animals away from hikers in the woods. The song is a disgrace to the Doors . Great distorted noise !

  • I saw Pegasus at the Long Shore man Hall in L.A Harbor 2 times, They should of hit it big time. Were are they now?

  • One of the best bands around in the day. As a kid watching I was always blown away.

  • Great Band.

  • As teenagers we had these Bogey's Place (Brooklawn, NJ) T-shirts with "Party with Pegasus" on them. I wish I still had mine, but I have a couple of yearbook photos with it on.

  • Think i saw later version of them in Circle Tavern in '85 or '86, only the bass player (Lowell?) was original member, I think lol...

  • Boy does this bring back memories..Roger was an awesome guitar player, used to play with a band called Steph back in Reading...

  • WOW, This brings back some awesome memories. I was the drummer for Ricky & the Rockets from '78-'80..& was friends with alot of these bands. Hope to see more, Larry.

  • wow!!,..senior week at the rainbow!,..1981?...with prowler?,..any vid;s of prowler in your colection, JD?..................its the 80's all over again!!!!!!

  • My family owned a club in CT so I got to see all these AAA Philly acts as a teenager: Money, Witness & Pegasus. Thanks for all these great memories

  • I saw what I remember to be their last gig...T-Zodiac New Jersey feel free to correct me. Fantastic Band

  • Actually "Pegasus" outlasted "T_Zodiac" by many many years. I left the band in 1983 to join Witness (I played Drums with both bands) and Pegasus went on for a few more years after that. Our glory years were definitely 1977 to 1983

  • @LEHIGHDRIVE I remember when the Zodiac burnt down. I lived in Gloucester Heights at the time. It was called the Playpen when I was a kid.

  • @MichaelKazmar - Hey, I remember that. These guys were always great.

  • Whoa...my girlfriends and I spent many a hot summer night at these clubs back then, and it's a true miracle to see these videos.

    Thanks, JD

    Chris from Reading, PA

  • I remember this well!

  • Way Cool! Didn't know any video still survived.

Thanks for the post JD. I think I remember that night.

  • Saw these guys at the Rock Palace in Allentown, Pa.

The Penalty Box was the size of a small town. I remember going there in the mid 70, Jersey's drinking age was 18, they'd pack 2,000 in.

  • Can't believe there'e a Pegasus Video out here. Thanks for posting this! The Jersey Shore circuit was a great time in the 80's.

  • One of the best bands to play the circuit. Also One of the few bands we went to enjoy ouselves when we were done playing if they were in the area.Great friends Jack Kolber Arety

  • Wow - an old Pegasus vid! OK, where's all the Genesis 'n' stuff? Man, those were some fun times. Keith Krasner (vox), Roger Girke (lead axe-my sister loved him, but married and divorced their soundman instead), Mitchell Schechter on the skins and of couse, NOEL on bass......... Thanks for posting! I'm off to look for more.
