No such thing! Foreclosed houses don't get clean up. The banks don't care to clean it up because they don't own the house. It's the investors that own the house. The investor doesn't know where the house is because he or she may be oversea or the investor may be a small government oversea who doesn't have the time or money to invest in cleaning these houses. The bank already make their money/fees by foreclosing on these houses, they could careless what happen to it.
@1lonelyhmoobFl Yes and no. Most don't care. They have already lost waiting on the legal crap to go through. Their policies are they have to receive something that's how I've gotten house for 5grand. I have had 2 banks that did pay to clean up. Usually higher end homes they know will not sit on the market. Remax paid to just remove the junk. JP Morgan paid to have the house put up to standard. I think it's local laws houses cannot be sold unstable. Mostly water damage repairs.
