I have had a personal revelation after seeing the title of this documentary 'Return to the source'.

I have been reading about Near Death experiences recently. People who have these experiences go to an non defiable light that contains unconditional love. The experiencer often gets wisdom about reality from beyond that he can't bring in to words when he comes back to life. Perhaps this is also what the matrix and NDE's are about. Beeing disconnected with this reality and returning to the source

There's a music vid on here for the song Intension by Tool which kind of describes this, and it has a great piece of artwork by Alex Grey on the vid where it shows these 3-sided heads continuing on indefinitely with the white light in the center. Exactly its like Descartes said, our senses sometimes deceive us. We believe something to be real because our senses tell us its real, when in reality our mind is what actually conceives and makes these things seem real. In Rene Descartes Meditations of the First Philosophy he demonstrated that wax has its normal physical properties but when you take the wax and put it next to a flame all of those properties change and wax no longer looks like wax but we know its the same thing.

When the kid said "there is no spoon", actually she was mentioning something deeper than physical sensing. It is not because of your "sense" that makes the spoon becomes reality but because of your mind is sticking to "the reality of the spoon".

...It was because you are sticking to "the reality" while "the reality" is in fact created by your own mind. As long as you think logically, you will always face YOUR TRUTH that the spoon is there.

Therefore the kid was actually mentioning to the principle of "abandoning of existence" in Buddha religion, to abandon your logic, your thought, and to try feeling the "abandoning of existence" instead.

Not *everything*. You would have to subtract all things that contain mind, and all the things they process/initiate. Our minds certainly make everything in our technological environment real. If there were no mind, no spoon would exist, for it would never have been invented/designed/forged. Might the universe be the same? A mind putting forth intent (for expansion/stars/galaxies/life-­supporting planets) which then sets forth the vibration and cascade of events that lead to its unfolding?

There's not much wrong with all the ideas, philosophies put forward in this movie but they are not very original to say the least. still nothing wrong with that if it wasn't such a pretentious, very badly made, boring movie. Way overated,don't waste your time with this crap. Read some of the comments, you will know.

instead of taking the last movie in the direction they did they should have had it revealed that zion was actually a part of the matrix and just another form of control the entire time, but neo was truly the FIRST "one" to be able to break out and truly frees humanity. they could have done it easily after the cliffhanger in the second move and actually saved the trilogy.

Zion was still apart of the matrix..The final veil before grasping "ultimate reality" if you will...In my opinion, the closest they ever were to not being in or apart of the matrix was only when they were in the loading construct(the clear "white" "space"). Another good example(in my opinion)was in the Animatrix when the young girl searching for her cat, stumbled upon a door leading into "blackness".
