My Dearest Martha - I feel like I just met my sister! I've watched all of your videos now. We must be about the same age because I had my first fusion when I was 6 in 1976. I got the same hardware when I was 15. I wore braces my entire childhood for 23hrs/day and I've learned to walk three times now. Keep spreading the word about the stretching. I'm afraid beginning to take it's toll. Disintegrated fusions broken hardware and all of that. Stretch while you can people!! Peace and Love
