I have one made alot of changes to it installed novak hv pro 6.5 aluminum idler gear traxxas rustler wheels pro line tires losi wide front a arms complete bearings and a F150 body.
@ipodhelp222 Your EXB is either modified or you are dilusional... I pick the number two! Your buggy is 99.9% the same as my EXT out of the box. They've been tested many different ways by professionals and the fastest stock EXB/EXT bone stock is getting 21 mph. Either you've modded it or you're dreaming.
I have an Evader EXT and love it. Mine will do 20 mph on the street and 17 mph in loose dirt. I don't think aerodynamics comes into play at these limited speeds. Mine is for bashing and I drive it hard. This truck will not break unless it is purposely abused. Mine has only broken the antenna tube, that's it. After 30+ hours of bashing. Be smart, learn how to drive without slamming into brick walls.
Hmmm. I wonder why I can do about thirty with the EXB that I have? If you can do only twenty how can I do thirty or so with a less expensive RC model?
If you broke the shocks just racing, bashing will be even worse ... I bashed a lot with my rc car and crashing is harder than a rc track. Dont get me wrong Im just a begginer but I know when something goes to break easily
someone i know bought a duratrax and on the fisrt run it was ok then the second run it was worse then the next even worse then barely roled it over and the damn shock towers broke duratrax is a peice of shit
I hate duratrax 2 i bought a EXT a while ago and it sucks so bad a drunk hobo can outrun it I would just stick to my favorite car ever, the RC10 Gold tub
I don't care what people say about Duratrax, I had the ST Evader some years ago and that thing stood the test of time! I'm 30 and been in the hobby for more then 10 years, brands have nothing to do with a RC, its the DRIVER :)
At the track I would race my AE FT B4 and the Vader ST, its just about haveing fun, thats all!
yeah the miniquake was horrible. the range started glitching at the end of my driveway. i spent about 150 in upgraded parts because it kept breaking everytime i drove it. worst spent 300 dollars in my life.
I wanna buy a broken one of thease and build it up and restore it and sell it

I would have to agree with most of your comments to a certain degree.
The Duratrax Evader range are ONLY built for non-racers : those who simply wish to bash around.
They're not really built for speed, as probably most of you will know.
I had (just sold it) a Evader EXB. Used it once on the track and the shocks already broke. Had to upgrade but served no real benefit.
