This is heaven for me! My favorite 80's movie - The Promise and my favorite 80's teen movie Pretty In Pink. Also, I was dumped by my boyfriend before Prom. He went with someone else. I went with an old friend. I showed up to face my ex and to look like I was not crushed. I was though. I was really sad inside and pretended to be happy and faked smiles and etc. Sad teen memories. Mine happened in the 90's though. In the 80's, I was busy playing with Barbie

He was her friend. thats all , just cause he was all in love with her, she didnt love him that way. sorry but thats how it ends up being alot of the time. She was totally in love with Blaine and even though he fucked up for a bit , Blain was was in love with her. so YAY im glad it ended the way it did. Blaine and Andy were happy to be together

Yeah! In the "Everything's Duckie" 2006 special edition DVD, the actors speak of the original ending, which was filmed but changed after a test screening. However, it has not been released officially anywhere. I think it's so much better that she chooses Duckie instead of the bland guy
