I found that this is fake. In the Waterworld, he was touched by the fire but he didn't die. Hey many times he didn't jump high enough to avoid the flower but he still alive. It is very easy to make this happen when you have a computer. I find this fake video disturbing and disappointment.

@Hamstergeval He didn't walk over or jump into anything that normally kills the player. It's just a rather old game, from back when hit boxes were harder to code, and thus were kept smaller than the actual graphic to avoid the player dying without looking like they came into contact with the enemy. This results in your being able to get a lot closer to plants, koopas, etc. without taking a hit, compared with modern games.

this is AWESOME! I was close to this good about 20 years ago. I just downloaded it into my Wii. I forgot where 1 been stock was and came here looking. It's completely legit. I see most doubters are about the plants... You can stand next to the plants as long as you don't touch the center part. At least that's how it worked in the mid 80's! :)
