I relate to the mental block thing. When I do loads, I feel Im entitled to eat more. When I eat very little, I say my bodies to weak to do exercise due to lack of food ha ha! Keep it up! Well done!

You're only supposed to be losing like 2lbs a week. Thats the healthy way to do it. Liquid diets don't work...maybe its good to cleanse the body but once you start eating regular food again the weight will go back on. I'm an Exercise Science major so Im not just pulling this out my butt you feel me lol I don't know I just started working out again soo we'll see. your touched..that crap at the end was hollarious, I got a taste of that work out cendrum last week i worked-out everyday last week eat snacks almost everyday and went to a bar-b-q last saturday dont you know my ass gained 4lbs i was pissed....i only worked-out twice this week and put my eating in-check i weigh-in on mondays so i'll see the results tomorrow but something better had of dropped.. but keep up the good work and good luck on the job :)
Please do not compare yourself to impatientdieter she is a FRAUD!! You are doing wonderful....your body has a lot of muscle so your progress won't be measured by the scale. You have to look in the mirror or try on different sizes in clothes.

That defies science. LOL!! That lady is loopy! Most of her photos are photoshopped too! She is just trying to get her hustle on with some online company and I don't blame her for her hustle but she could at least do it better.
Oh and a tip for you......take a picture of yourself (bra and panties) every sunday, just for you. You will be able to see your progress much better. Trust I have the same problem, but it isn't a problem. I always look 20 lbs lighter than I actually weigh. You certainly do not look 238.

When you come back to the Chi, you have got to try Carnivale. The food is absolutely delicious!!! The skirt steak is amazing and they have the best rasberry mojitoes. You will not be sorry girl!!!!!

One day, you'll go to New York or Chicago and your mindset with be so different that you won't think twice about eating pizza or a hotdog. BUT if you do...you'll already have a serious workout regimen to counteract any bad foods you eat. Keep working at it and stay encouraged! Any loss is good loss!

Also an exercise trick is like while you are watching youtube videos use handweights or exercise bands. Punch your arms to raise your hear rate, all this raises your heart rate and you will build lean muscle to help burn 50 mor cal per hour. Emjoy your trip.

lol @ wt being your BFF. It's mine too girl. I lost 2lbs this wk so I'm syked!! I started a rotation for school and I'm there 8yrs a day and they only give me a 30 min lunch..no 15 minute breaks. As much as I hate working that long and for free, it helped with my wt loss. Your wt loss is steady so your doing fine. Keep up the good work and can you send me some of that Chicago popcorn, lol??? I love that stuff!
run your own race girl. like you said it won't do any good to compare yourself. it is about maintaining it over the long haul. think about how many biggest losers have gained their weight back.... congrats on the loss and keep your eyes on the prize. *cue cheesy music here* :)

Once you start adding in working out with your eating changes you will lose more weight that way... i have the same problem... when i work out a lot i just wanna eat wateva i want bcuz i feel like imma work it off and when im not workin out i watch wat i eat lol... crazy but i understand completely
