No, but a high quality video would be less pixelated and correctly coloured. A Higher Resolution than default does not make it High Quality. That was the point i had meant to make.

this is high quality. the normal youtube resolution is 320x240 this video has a 480x360 resolution. and the black at the end is to provide the higher resolution.
