Wow, these videos brought back some old memories. I helped sandbag along a closed I-29back in '93 when the Missouri and Nishnabotna Rivers threatened the town of Hamburg. Drove down from Omaha, where I lived at the time, via backroads to join the other volunteers. I remember the sandbags were being individually placed seemingly as the water was rising up to them.
