it does play NES and SNES. 8-bit is for NES and 16-bit is for SNES.

I can tell you why it's red-white instead of white-red: it's a labeling error. Red is actually audio LEFT, not right. The white wire should go there, not the red.

You need confidence when talking to yourself. You sound like you're uncomfortable with the whole talking to nobody with a camera in your hand. I can tell with 1:08 - 1:17 and when you're talking about the AC Adaptor.
