insane time! now try the long DTDs from my TAS in the beginning of lap 2 and 3, then you could get a sub 1'20 easily ;) or even beat my TAS, the TAS is not perfect and i think you make some DTDs even faster than i did ;)
Thanks dude, my goal was 1'22" or 1'21"but I stopped there, I wanted to beat your TAS at first but I needed much more training time to be closer. If you use my strat + that dtd in the begining of lap 2&3, with your skills and training 1'15 is possible, no problem. I used that very DTD several time but I needed more training with it before using it in a vid, I used it in the Little version of the track as a demo in the end of the video, it's a difficult but easier in that version ; )
I really love the ending on that track. But also, all of the other awesome DTDs you perfromed. Do you think you can stop making such awesome videos! You're going to make me buy a 64DD soon if you keep it up. XD Nah, just kidding, keep posting!
Yes indeed but after a long period of intense training, not now ...
During my training I used some very risky moves I choose not to use during my recording, the DTD Dan used on the last cylinder loop & an early DTD in the beginning of 2nd and 3rd lap (Daniel used it on the 3rd lap) With optimised DTDs I'm sure 1'15" is possible
In fact I hoped to be close to 1'22" (29-26.5-26.5) or less for this video but I wasn't very lucky, I stopped ,got to go back on good old custom track videos!
The boost is not that important with that strat in SO3, I mean with the same strat but doing much faster DTDs without using any boost it's possble go under 1'20"000 or less ( with a lot of training of course ). In fact that WR can be beat with a run that didn't use any boost but also it can be the very first FZX WR with the energy keep to its maximum with the player avoiding hitting the walls.
Uploaded on 11.11.2011 and 333 views at the moment xD and congrats to the WR :-)

Wow what a great run! Congrats this puts my 1'29 run to shame :). Well done! Do you really think the sub is in reach with the TAS only at 1'17?

insane!! but at 3:08, why no boost on the last lap?

To get better chance to finish the lap : )

@philippebrodier I think it could make the last lap little faster than 2nd lap, but go for sub 1'20 ^^

Wow, that's just insane.
Awesome job! This looks extremely difficult.
Just barely missed the 3000km/h, too.

Holy shit ..... when I saw the time in the title, I didn't believe my eyes. That's quite a big leap from 1'29.... Amazing run.
