I have no clue who the original singer is but i herd Abrehet Abdus version first then came Ephrem then Mengisteab started poping on youtube anyways i think personally Ephrem and Abrehet did a wonderfull job singing this song i didn't realy fill Mengisteab's version...just my opinion :) but yea all in all the song is wonderfull :)
Don't write junk emotional comments. Mengsteab Gebregergish Berhe and Efrem Belay know each other very well since highschool in Barentu. And I know one definite attribute of Menge, he is not such a person who would steal somebody else's performance and take credit like Efrem Belay did. I admire and encourage Efrem for his incredible electrifying voice, I would definitely salute him if it was with loyalty. However oil and truth will get upermost at last. Time is the judge!!
