SPOILER IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE GAME:

Naruto DOES find all the crystals everyone drops (Big surprise), and fights other people as well (Kankuro, Anko, Gaara, etc.) and gets enough crystals to make it into the finals. Ironically, so did Kakashi. So they have a final battle and Naruto gets his ass kicked. Naruto refuses to lose, fights some more, and then goes unconsious. After, Kakshi forfeits and Naruto gets his law wish. He wishes to be Hokage for a week. What happened in that week? Paperwork!
