Unfortunately not. MDD files record all of the points in an object and then track their movement over time. If you merge objects, you will have more points in your object than the MDD has stored. It won't know what to do with the extra points. There are ways to merge MDDs in LightWave, but not in ZBrush (as of yet).

Amazing i was looking for this
im using "Face robot" MDD files
when i export Face robot give me all the parts separately (teeth, eyes, tounge)
do you know a way to merge all the mes in one with out lose the animation data
