I'm happy to learn that Senator Jeff Sessions, during an 7/14/10 interview with Human Events, stated that a Filibuster is NOT off the table. Elena Kagan is anti-troop, pro-late term abortions, and appears to be a homosexual activist and anarchist, etc. She ignored the law regarding our military recruiters. She is a law breaker and she does not represent the majority of the American people.

Dude are you listening to what she is saying? She said recruitment went up even when they were not sponsored by the office of career services. They were still on campus and recruitment continued, still sponsored by another campus organization the student veterans organization. And doesn't everyone in this country have a right to their own political views? She said what most would say if they wanted the job, I'll do the best i can not to allow my personal beliefs to influence my job, Sir.

Kagan is trying way to hard to hide her progressive ways. Watching her lie just scares me even more. She addresses the military recruiter situation like they got the wrong person. She doesn't acknowledge it at all. She still doesn't know her own political affiliation? Grab anybody off the street and they can tell you their political preference. Not Kagan. She has only dedicated her life to being a progressive, and hating our military even as they are fighting a war. This Veteran feels betrayed.
