I hate this game, I died on the first bit, a room i got locked in full of tiny thingies, wouldnt stop coming and the killed me, so I took the game out of the xbox, snapped it in 2 and threw it away....
@Sjamrapper it's called "Splatterhouse" because there is so much blood and gore.
i wouldn't buy a game and complain about all the blood and gore if i know the game is called "Splatterhouse" -> ergo -> there have to be tons of blood.
but the first splatterhouse was called splstterhouse because the west mansion was called splatterhouse because "splat" is the sound of a liquid (blood f.E.) hitting something (a wall f.E.)
and splatterhouse was the first game that had enemys being smashed against the wall or being decapitated.
so you can say splatterhouse (2010) has the same cause for being called splatterhouse as splatterhouse (1988)
it kinda does a little bit but...i liked in first few days but after a week i got the feeling that it wasnt any special anymore i rather want a game with more combo's and chain attacks devil may cry FTW!! :D
